Cheap Quality Bags sold here. Bought a Carlton Bag from them which was not of quality expected. The zips are defective and tight around corners. Couldn't unfortunately check that while buying. Also the product are manufactured by VIP Bags in India, which is not official seller/manufacturer of these bags in USA. Warranty can get messy
The girl is very nice, she helped me to find my wallet back. For a tourist, I know nothing about the mall, I felt helpless, however, she helped me to figure out what should I do, then finally I get my wallet back. I really appreciate her help!
