In my opinion, this Falls is the main attraction at Yosemite. There are several other points of interest as well, but this one takes the cake. There is ample roadside parking, and the trail head starts there towards the base of the Falls. It's is about a ten to fifteen mins brisk walk to the Falls. You begin to feel the mist as you get closer to it (depending on the time of the year and the flow of water, of course).

We visited in July, and the Falls was in full swing. The area is flooded with tourists, and you get plenty of opportunities and view points for those Instagram photos. It's absolutely worth it. For those trying to hike up the Falls, this is not recommended for obvious safety reasons.

The walk from the parking to the Falls viewing place is very short and comfortable. You are technically allowed to climb up the rocks to get closer to the base of the falls but the rocks are pretty difficult to climb (coming from someone who’s never rock climbed to my life and then comparison to the walk to the viewing place). It was definitely worth it though.

A Wabanaki Indian warrior was here, visiting Indian country, while rejecting the colonizers doctrine of discovery, using their false god to claim Indian lands as their own.

Brilliant! Passing the tunnel there is an observatory. There you can see the waterfall in the distance, we were so moved that we walked, we thought it was close, it was not like that, my 65-year-old mother had been walking for 40 minutes and she couldn't take it anymore. We returned but my children wanted to see the place, driving is 8 to 10 minutes there you can park and enjoy nature you don't walk much. I was late

Amazing view to the waterfall. Parking is filling very quickly. There is no shuttle stop nearby, but there is nice and easy hiking trail (it is a part of valley trail) that goes from shuttle stop 10, it will take about 30 min to walk from stop 10 to the waterfall view point

Great Easy Trail as you first enter the Valley. Parking can be crowded, but parking along the road and walking in is also easy. Prepared to get damp, a light jacket is recommended early in the season. From the Vista location, you can also see Horse Thief falls on the other side of the valley if it has water.
Many climb rocks to the base of Bridal Veil falls. But it is very slippery, I Have seen many falls in the creek. In 2023 the new Staging areas will open. The first glimpse looks like they have added several viewing platforms out of the splash zone of the fall.

Nice place with enough parking spots to have a nice view of the river with Bridalviel Falls in the nackground.

Visited last week. It was full of water from all that snow melted. It was not crowded as we went early morning and the falls had mesmerizing beauty. The very first waterfalls when entered Yosemite visible from the road itself. The trailhead was closed so we saw the falls from road. Still worth a falls

You get to Bridalveil Viewpoint either through a trail from Southside Drive or Wawona road but the parking lot on Wawona road was closed when I visited in early June 2023.
The fall is impressive and beautiful. It is the same fall you see from Tunnel Viewpoint on Waona Road. You can also see it from a parking area on Northside road not far from its intersection with Southside road. All these views are very beautiful.

A huge waterfall with a height of 188 meters that in spring or early summer is a marvel with its great stream of water. However, if you go at the end of summer or after it, it may be the case that you go almost without water. This also depends on how the snowy/rainy season was.

Beautiful view of the falls!
The water flow was the most I've seen with the last seven years.
I highly recommend seeing the falls!

Bridalveil Fall is a very beautiful fall that you see from the tunnel view point and and as you enter the valley. Nice hike that take you to a viewpoint very near to the base of the waterfall.

During late spring and early summer the cold mist from the waterfall will soak you as you get closer but very pleasant experience.

Part of the hike as you approach the waterfall can be wet and slippery so better to hike carefully.

We visited in March. It's so hard describe in words.it was so magical with snow everywhere and the falls flowing at its maximum capacity. It was not so crowded. Park had open after a brief closure due to heavy rains, only the arch rock entrance was open.
