Everyone at Bridgeport ranch was so friendly! Alyssa was so helpful during the move in process! She was there whenever I emailed her during the application and she replied really fast! Also everyone was prompt to help fix any issues we had when moving in. First apartment I’ve moved into and it was painless

Great staff, close to highways, food, and shopping. Very quiet area and the remodeled apartments are great. I’ve been a resident for three months now and have enjoyed living here. Oh and VERY dog friendly. Love seeing all of the four legged friends around.

Although I am a new resident of Bridgeport Ranch, I already cannot say enough good things about the staff and establishment. Alyssa has gone above and beyond in helping in every step of the move in process, and the maintenance crew are on top of every issue that arrises. Highly friendly and responsive, no matter who I contact. If my first couple months of residence are any indication of what is to come, I am in great hands with everyone that both works and resides here.

I Recently moved to Cali from Florida. My husband & I have never been to California and we were only able to do virtual tours. Every time we would call the leasing desk we were amazed at how helpful & pleasant everyone was. But especially our leasing agent Thalia, who made everything from the welcome letters, DocuSign’s, and in-person tour were easy and wonderful. The apartments in general are beautiful! Very up to date with appliances and the design overall. So glad we chose these apartments for our first memory of California. Thank you guys!

I had a fantastic experience living at this apartment complex. The staff was incredibly responsive, always willing to answer my questions and assist with any concerns. The location is ideal, in a quaint area that's conveniently close to all the major freeways. The apartments themselves are beautifully upgraded with modern amenities, which made living there a pleasure. The pool area is not only well-maintained but also quite inviting, providing a relaxing space to unwind. I was particularly impressed by the warm hospitality; Thalia, who gave me the tour, was friendly and knowledgeable, and the property manager's offer for a snack or beverage made me feel genuinely welcome. Overall, it's been a delightful experience residing here.

I moved to Fairfield from Florida and it’s been a dramatic change to say the least but moving to Bridgeport has made it an easier transition from the friendly staff that knows you by name to the maintenance team that goes out of their way to make sure things are fixed promptly in my apartment. I love the quartz countertops and the spacious closet as well as my neighbors. Thank you Bridgeport for making my transition a little easier.

Major pro - dog friendly! They even have dog waste stations. The community is great, friendly neighbors, and staff. Misty and Thalia are always personable. The apartment complex is fairly updated (new countertops & appliances). There is a pool and spa that isn’t that busy during the summer. Parking is not a problem at all. You are assigned one covered parking space. Don’t worry though because there are plenty of uncovered parking for all. Our two bedroom two bathroom apartment is spacious. Each bedroom has a walk in closet. I love the layout! Overall my experience here is 5 out of 5.

We love this community! The area is just perfect and we’re more than satisfied with our unit and all the amenities it comes with. The ladies at the leasing office were so welcoming, making our relocation process smooth as we moved in the same day we flew into the state. We were already thinking ahead and agreed to renew our lease here at the end of our term. Love it!

I recommend Bridgeport Ranch to anyone that is interested in relocating to Fairfield. I had a difficult time searching and shopping around for apartments in the Fairfield area. I was so happy and relieved after I contacted and toured this community. Great location, clean, quiet and the community/grounds itself are beautiful. They have many different floorplans to choose from to fit your needs. The staff took the time to get to know me and my preferences and all of my questions were answered and explained. I applied as soon as I got home, and I can't wait to move in.

I have lived at Bridgeport Ranch apartments for the past year. The buildings are very nice and the entire staff is friendly, responsive, and reliable in any circumstance. They have been amazing and I’m thankful to have them taking care of anything I needed.

I have been at this complex for about a month a half and all I can say is WOW! From the leasing staff to the Maintenance Staff they are amazing and really take care of the tenants. There attention to details and customer service is spot on and most importantly you can tell they just really care!

The apartment and the amenities in the community are nice but the real highlight is the wonderful staff who make you feel right at home from day one! Everybody is super friendly and helpful. Having interacted a lot with Misty and Thalia, I would like to give
them a particular shout-out! Thank you ladies!

Alyssa made my move less stressful, answered all my questions over the phone, and still gave me a tour of the complex after i had already signed my lease. Thalia and Misty are very nice and helpful, they addressed my questions/concerns and seem like they genuinely want my experience living here to be great!

My fiancé and I had a great 3 and half years spent there with our two small dogs. We felt welcomed, respected and well cared for. If we had any questions or concerns they were addressed promptly. The office management and maintenance team are hard workers, diligent and kind. They care for their community and it shows. Especially Misty, Thalia and Juan (you guys rock!). Even the times were we had car thefts and homeless digging into our trash, they addressed the situation quickly (hired security, put up security cameras and email updated tenants as needed). Thank you guys!

We unfortunately had to move due to the increase in market rate rent, tiring out from 4 flights of stairs (we were on the third floor) and summers were just too hot on the 3rd floor for us and our dogs (worried about them overheating little bodies). Otherwise we would’ve stayed because of our cool neighbors and Fairfield Bridgeport Staff.
