Bridgewood Post-Acute, Sacramento CA

The facility was extremely neat and tidy. The hospitality of the CNAs was extremely nice. The staff was well coordinated and helpful along with encouraging.

I'm so lucky the hospital sent me to this place for my recovery from my heart attack. I'm also a leg amputee & I was able to not only get the physical therapy to strengthen my heart but also start the process of getting me into a prosthetic leg! The physical therapy team is awesome! The staff here was also awesome, gentle & caring. Cali, the case worker there was super helpful & understanding. And the director of the facility was always available whenever I needed him. He truly goes out of his way to help the residents here.
The facility was clean, accommodating & most importantly safe.
My discharge was quick & easy. I actually enjoyed my time there & met a lot of great people who I will never forget!

The building looks remodeled and very nice on the outside. Came for a tour. Staff was nice and the receptionist was very helpful.

My grandpa stayed here for 8 months and the staff took great care of him. The attended to all his needs and they were very polite to patients and families.if you have and family that needs to go here I would recommend sending them here. The way they care for their patients is amazing.

My father was a patient here and the staff at this facility treated him with so much care, love, and respect. I saw the staff treat all other residents and each other with the same respect and make it an enjoyable place to have your loved ones at. I’m glad my dad was in good hands! They are well organized and professional. My dad really enjoyed his stay here and was happy with the great experience he had. He had lost confidence because he had to get rehab therapy and needed to learn to walk again but this place helped him regain strength and confidence in himself to be independent once again. Phenomenal place!

I got stuck here after an out patient surgery went bad. I've been here about ten weeks now. I think the place is great. It changed ownership right before I got here and I've been seeing all kinds of upgrades going on to make it even better. The staff is great, food is good, and their combined rehabilitation dept folks are top notch. The only problem I have here is with my own insurance company. I have and would recommend this post acute place to anyone that is in need of after hospital care. I'll truly be a little sad to leave the place, they treat you like family.

The worse nursing facility by far that I've encountered. The nurses argue with the patients, they give wrong doses of medications, their communication skills with each other are basically non existent. The food is cold. The facility needs the chipped paint and de-attached floor boards fixed. 3 people to a crowded room. Would never recommend this place to anyone. I wish they had an option for zero Stars.

I am a patient at Bridgewood Post Acute. Welcoming and wonderful staff at this facility. Everyone is very caring and ready to help when I need anything. Great response to call lights when I turn it on or need anything. Love my stay here. Great place 10/10
