Bright Now! Dental, Moreno Valley CA

They caused my wife a lot of permanent pain. She was only supposed to do 3 fillings and she did 4 without consent. She also over drilled her molars causing her lasting pain. I would not recommend

Moreno Valley CA 92553 location. I wanted to be specific which office made my day. It was a very pleasant experience, very friendly staff, very patient and understanding. Every single staff member in that office made my visit a pleasant experience.
I was able to get several procedures done the same day and did not have to wait weeks or months to get a follow -up appointment.

12761 Moreno Beach Dr Suite 103, Moreno Valley, CA 92555, this office is a complete disaster, they need to.get their act together. I was very disappointed.

I was not really looking forward to a dentist visit, I didn't know what to expect because I had a disappointing experience at my last dentist visit, but Dr Phui and her team changed all that. She had the best (bedside) manner I have seen in a while and she walked me through the whole procedure and I did not experience any distress. I highly reccomend Bright Now Dental!

Friendly and welcoming staff from the front receptionist to the x-rays staff hygienist and especially the Doctor. They all work together as a team fast and friendly service.

I have to put 1 star because you can't put zero. My husband has braces and we opted not to go during pandemic for safety reasons. Now they are denying him coverage even though we paid upfront. The people are rude and I would not recommend this facility.

Always wanted braces but this place stood out the best to me with a great price and great service. Have straight teeth in a smooth process. Definitely recommend?

Omg just booked my first appointment at this dental location and very pleased with the wonderful amazing staff Morgan she went above and beyond to help me get my appointment she is very funny, friendly and sweet now this is wonderful customer service!

I have been taking my entire family to Bright Now Dental for about 10 years. Both of my children have had braces and checkups and it's like visiting family.
I actually look forward to my dental visit.

Nice office they greeted me as I walked in. This is the 2nd time I'll be coming here for some gum surgery. The first time was excellent from the front office to the person who did my xrays to the Dr. I think Dr Peterson was his name and Ramiro the Drs help. They treated me like a person not a number and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, even the follow up was cool, Dr and staff talked to me like they really cared about me and how I felt and about the work I had done. And it was alot. This is why I will be doing my 2nd gum surgery here. Thanks again to all at this office, see ya in a few weeks to get my mouth and teeth right.

Dr Phui is the kindest dentist I’ve met. She gave me a warm smile as she entered into the dental office without even knowing me. Before my procedure she explained what she would be doing. Throughout the procedure she asked how I was doing and if I needed a break. After the procedure she went over the aftercare with me and explained what would be normal to experience. She was so personable and kind throughout my entire visit. Lastly later that day I received a phone call from her asking how I was doing and if I had any swelling or pain. Her connection with her patients are remarkable! If you’re looking to get any procedures done I highly recommend! Thank you Dr. Phui

I'm going to be brief about my experience with Bright Now! Dental. The Doctor that examined my teeth was professional, kind and honest. There was no issues with my teeth and he didn't try to create an issue to get money. Also the dental hygienist was outstanding and she cleaned my teeth perfectly with care. I strongly suggest going to Bright Now! Dental the location I go to is in Moreno Valley. Have a blessed day

Dental is so expensive and when you have no insurance it unbelievable

Dr Phui was very professional and answered all my questions. I was in for prep work for an implant. Extracted molar, cleaned socket and placed bone in socket to build up bone for post.

The oral surgeon and his team are the best! I have pretty severe anxiety and they kept me completely calm and comfortable during an extraction. Definitely recommend these guys if you need an extraction and have any fears! I jokingly told them “you guys are great! But no offense but I hope I don’t see you again. ” They laughed and said “we hope so too, in the best way. ”
So while I really hope I don’t see them again, they definitely did an amazing job.

I’ve been coming each month for my regular adjustments on my braces and I am in and out in less than 30 minutes. Front desk is always very polite and make sure you get your next appointment scheduled before leaving.

Warm, Hardworking, Clean, Professional staff. I've used Moreno Valley office for yrs & they deserve a '10'. My dentist is caring, and accurate - I'm tuff & demanding, & I can't say anything but a 'thank you' to the entire staff for my consistant impeckable experience.

I've been a patient at this location from 2003 to 2020 and I never thought I'd have to leave a review like this, or decide to no longer be a patient! Lately service from the office staff has been kind of hit and miss. From being rude, which was never the case in years past, to more and more frequent rescheduling of my appointments. I understand things happen and sometimes appointments need to change, so I didn't make a big deal of it, but my experience last week was the last straw! After being in pain for days, I finally received an appointment. After waiting a very long time to be seen (in pain), it was determined that I needed a root canal. I was hoping for relief only to find out Dr. Phui didn't have time to complete the procedure that day (a thursday), the next and actually couldn't do it until the following Monday! I was in shock! I was in severe pain, and not only did she not tell me herself during or right after the exam, but she sent the office staff in to tell me. That wasn't even the worst part. I had just been in a couple months before to complete the implant process for a different tooth, and I mentioned having some sensitivity in the area (where I now need a root canal) and asked for an x-ray. Well they did x-rays and told me there was no issue, so I brought that up at my appointment last week and Dr. Phui told me when they did the x-ray a couple months ago, it was on the wrong tooth! So not only did they miss what was probably just a filling at the time, but now that it had turned into the need of a root canal and I was in the office in pain, I was turned away. For there to only be one dentist available to do this procedure, I believe Dr. Phui has more patients than she has time to treat! They thought it was helpful to tell me that they were having to turn other patients away too, but that only proved my point further! I've never felt less valued as a patient! I left the office in pain, with a prescription for antibiotics and pain meds. I immediately called my insurance right from the parking lot to get referrals for a new dentist! I'm thankful that I found a new dentist that was able to get me an appointment right away. There was a time I thought Dr. Phui was the best dentist ever, but now I believe she's in over her head and the office staff is becoming more and more rude as time goes on. No one needs all of that frustration, especially during the current times we're living in! I won't go.so far as to say Dr. Phui is a bad dentist, but if you need to also feel valued as a patient, you may want to search for an office thats equipped to handle the patient load they have.

The ladies at the front desk are super friendly and the oral surgeon who pulled my tooth did great and quick Job! Thank you Bright Now
