Don't go here! This was the worst Experience in my life. I went last week to take my tooth removed. The doctor was a lady, As soon as I told her that I was not getting an implant because I can't afford it. She got mad and did a terrible procedure on my tooth, she was rude, rough and really mean. She applied the lidocaine and she didn't let it set or work, she took my tooth suddenly and I felt all the pain.it was horrible. I was crying and screaming in a terrible shock. She went out of the room as quickly as she could. After that I tried to complain to the customer service number but no one answered. I don't recommend this to anyone. She is the worst dentist I've ever had. And I don't recommend it to anyone.

I’m a new patient at Bright Now Dental. I am so happy I came here for my dental work; they immediately worked with me on a plan to extract the teeth that needed to be removed and make a plan to correct my bite! The whole team is professional, pleasant and caring. I appreciate that they clearly list procedures and the cost, so that I could make an informed decision. I recommend the office in Norwalk, Ca for your dental needs!

I was a bit nervous coming in but they made the experience a lot better for me. Insurance verification was a bit wonky but that happens with any health care service. Amanda in the front was very sweet and called me whenever something came up and my dentist was extremely thorough from the medication they would be administering to every detail that would be done.while I was still in the chair before committing to anything. I will definitely be back for all my cleanings and excited for new veneers

Go to the one in Downey, even if you live close by! Very unprofessional! The lady at the desk didn't order my prescription right so I had to be in pain until Monday! Also they aren't open on Saturdays, ITS A LIE! But Downey is open on Saturdays

The customer service was professional. The wait was manageable and the facility was so clean and new. The staff made sure I felt comfortable.

This dental office is very clean. The receptionist could be a little engaging with clients. The dentist and her assistant were friendly and efficient.

Dr. Choy is excellent. But his assistant I give him 10 stars on his own, he calmed me down and reassured me I have nothing to be scared of. He made sure all instructions post surgery are explained and I will follow thru. Thank you

I think the office is very unprofessional. My visit experience consisted of no one in the front desk and everyone in the back laughing patient papers out and computers left on. I wasn't able to check in for ten minutes. I wouldn't recommend it here. Last time an x-ray tech told me there was something wrong in my x-rays. The doctor looked and there was nothing wrong with my teeth. If you aren't allowed to diagnose please don't do it. I'm mortified by dentists and if someone tells me there's something wrong i will panic and will have a panic attack.

I'm afraid of the dentist and I really don't remember what happened after they got me in the chair. That's how I know they are worth it.
