Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics, Rohnert Park CA

Needed to get a chipped tooth repaired, and Bright Now! Made time for me on short notice. Front desk was polite and efficient getting me checked in and signed off on waht the chages would be. Yazmin was a delight with the X-rays and assisting throughout the procedure. And Dr. Bala's skill and reassuring manner shown through as he methodically moved through the procedure, painless from beginning to end!

8/24/2023: Yesterday I had my 6-month cleaning with hygenist Nicole. Wow! Am I happy to see her back at work. So professional, skilled, and pleasant. Thank you, Nicole! And welcome back.

They were so awesome so kind and they answered all of our questions super excited to be a part of this Dental group

Staff and crew are personable and attentive. Holding out hope that they can get more hygienists on board so getting appointments for preventative dental maintenance is easier. Covid really has caused a shortage in the field!

Basic yearly exam and x-rays. Check pockets and general exam of teeth. No cleaning. No cavities or any other issues with teeth. Appointment lasted less than 30 minutes. Last year's experience was better than this one. Booked until September for peri cleaning even tho my pockets were 3s and 2s with only 2 4s. I was hoping to get a June appointment for basic cleaning. I will continue to floss and water pik daily regardless of dental office exams experiences. My fault for not asking why peri cleaning instead of basic cleaning. And why dental offices don't share x-rays with each other. I did go to another dentist in January of this year. That was a really bad experience.

I had an urgent situation arise with infected gums and the always friendly Staff at BrightNow were sensitive to my dilemma as I was soon leaving town for a couple of weeks and was squeezed in for Appointment. Dr Bala (not sure on spell) graciously assessed the situation promptly and prescribed antibiotics. I will return to get Crown in future weeks. Thanks BrightNow!

Started out decent, but went downhill from there. I was able to get in quickly for my first appointment and cleaning (performed by the dentist, but not great btw), but when I tried to make my next cleaning appt.they said they were booked out for the rest of the year and that I would have to call back EVERY DAY to see if there were any cancellations. A week of that and I'm done - finding a new dentist!

I bought their stupid One Smile Plan for $79.00 as a stipulation to attend this office as a patient. Attended
a normal first appointment. Then they banned me last minute two days before my second appointment. I got notified via voicemail. Their reason was that I took too much time up for asking questions for 2: 30 min/secs. Imagine asking medically related questions at a medical appointment? For less than 5 mins. They refused to refund me for the One Smile Plan ever since. I have left three calls and voicemails to the Corp asking for a refund. They play victim and told ME multiple times they have one hygienist which is not my problem! It's there's. So pay close attention to the other 95 negative reviews and stay far, far away from Bright Now Dental in Rohnert Park. I cannot speak for other locations of Bright Now.

Nice people! Definitely patient oriented.
One little glitch, they said they can't book the next appointment for 6 months out while you're there. You have to call back later to do that.

I started going here in April 2022 and got 2 teeth cleanings. Now they don’t have enough staff to do cleanings and last minute canceled my appointment. Now I am very late for a cleaning and have to do a bunch of work to find a new dentist and hopefully can transfer my x-rays because I’m not covered for another set. I’m so disappointed in how they handled this whole thing.

My visits to this dental clinic have always been positive experiences. Staff members are pleasant and experienced. Dr. Farghani is super knowledgeable and quickly gives a diagnosis and estimated cost. In and out in record time - this place is a treasure.

I love this office. No long wait times and the staff is warm, and helpful. Their prices are reasonable and they seem to be honest without over selling. Highly recommend.
