Great customer service. The appointment took a little longer than expected but everyone, literally every staff member, made it very comfortable. They worked with me on the total cost and the doctor walked me through the entire process during my tooth extraction. So much better than my previous dentist. Highly recommend!

First off they don't answer the phones. If you do get a hold of them they blast the TV loud in the office and you can't hear when you're trying to talk to them. Rude receptionist. The doctor will smile in your face and backstab you with extra prices later on after your insurance will approve everything.they just want to add on cost out of your pocket. I had an emergency procedure I had to get taken care of and they just gave me the runaround. If you're poor and disabled like me and on medical, disabled or elderly be very careful they will try to overcharge you. They also messed around with the scheduling and I saw them do the same thing to some poor disabled person in a wheelchair there.

My first visit there about 6 months ago was my decision to go back and make this place my permanent dentist. I care very much about my teeth and have had the best experience there. The equipment is all new and the staff are so welcoming and I mean every single one of them. The dentists there talk to you and explain everything from start to finish. With all this being said, the prices are quite reasonable too! I highly recommend them as everyone there made me feel welcomed and my teeth look great! Thank you for all you do

Great experience. Dr. Vince is wonderful and professional. He tells you everything that he is going to do and makes it as pleasant as possible.

Poor customer service. Ever since the doctor changed in December the service just got even worse.

BEWARE. Do your research before you considered this dental office. They work on commission and will try to sell procedures that are not needed without addressing the main issues.

Beware of their charges and empty statements. I had a cavity filled few months back for a sensitivity and I still have the issue. There are better dental providers are available at the affordable cost.

My bf kept getting infected teeth during pandemic. Opted to have teeth removed with temporary dentures so he could get implants. They said he would be put under. 1500 paid to have gums shaved down as this was supposed to help. On the day there was NO anesthesiologist.he was NUED and forced to hear 23 of his teeth ofis teeth broken while awake. Dentures did not fit! He went back to have them adjusted and dentist said I can't adjust anymore. NO REPLACEMENT NOTHING FOR THEIR FAULT. DO NOT GO HERE. Thanks for reply back now as we contacted your offices MULTIPLE TIMES. 2 years later.and sorry for the experience is all you have to say
