My experience was awesome, I have been looking for a dentist for over a year. The staff was so professional and nice. Very reasonable

I would say my most recent visit to get my wisdom tooth removed was not pleasant as far as billing goes. I was told $583 with my insurance and when I showed up, she stated it was actually $603 but if I wanted to be sedated it would then be $781.50 and that my insurance may or may not cover it all so then I would also owe another $186 but she won't know until my insurance pays the first portion because they pay by check. The staff member that I spoke to on my last visit before this one was there for this visit and no one bothered to ask her how she quoted me incorrectly on the price.it was almost $300 more than I was initially quoted. Kinda bummed out from this experience but I love my hygienist Sylvia so much I don't want to move to another office!

Great service from this office from the front office staff to the techs and dentists. I recommend this place! They not only help you with your needs, but they also care for you!

I have been a satisfied customer for 6 years. They do good work and do not try to overcharge me. They also are friendly and appear to care about me and my teeth. My previous dentist in Murrieta repeatedly kept overcharging me for his work claiming their price list of my insurance was higher than my copy of my price list. I eventually filed a detailed complaint with Delta Dental and got hundreds of overcharged dollars back. Therefore, I recommend Bright Now.

Took about 3 hours for my nephew to be seen. Due to "shortness of staff". Same thing happened 3 months ago when I brought my grandmother. Understandable considering all the anger and bad energy in that place, i wouldn't want to work in that kind of environment either and don't get me started on the manager. Yikes.

Everybody and especially the manager Ms. Stephany have a bad attitude and are very much so helpless. Will be taking my daughter else were.

I highly recommend coming to this office, great assistants, the office manager Stephanie is super good, she answered all my questions, she is very informative.

Horrible service! Can never get appointment scheduling right, everybody in the office acts like they hate their lives as if we chose that specialty for them, or as if it is our fault that they are ALWAYS understaffed and busy. The manager STEPHANIE has the worst attitude and is no help at all. Honestly they ALL need to go back to the training videos and learn proper manner, respect, and etiquette. Your job is to make an unhappy patient that is in excruciating pain comfortable and at ease no matter how your day is going. Do matter and learn the main rule of customer service! Making it right.

Thank you again though I know you guys will not care about losing a patient just know you will never stop having unhappu patients that are in need if you keep up with this kind of services. Xoxo

Timely appointment scheduling, started on time, friendly staff, explained what was needed.

Great dentist office, the dentist is honest with a great bedside manner, but the star of the show is Sylvia (hygienist). She makes going to the dentist bearable.

They over book patients and the wait time is ridiculous. Plan on your appointment taking a couple of hours just for a cleaning. There is only one dentist serving all the patients.

I always have a great experience at Bright Dental. They are always so nice. They will work with you on costs. Dentist always do great work and have great attitude.
