Bright Now dental is a wonderful place if you need almost anything done. When you make an appointment there’s barely a wait. All of the staff is kind and I really recommend going there.

Great dentists/orthos, terrible front desk staff.especially the lady named bianca, she has no personality when speaking to clients and is rude when you ask to make an appointment.she also does not give you a chance to finish your sentence before hanging up the call without saying goodbye.hire better receptionists with better attitudes.

56 yr old here. The worst experience ever. From the from the front desk to the dentist. He said, "let's start on the left" I said, "I'm here for pain on the right" they never took X-rays! He drilled three upper right and left them ragged to the point I couldn't floss. It was my worst dental nightmare. Trust me, don't go here.

My daughter and I been going to bright now for years. Love the staff. Always welcoming and Dr. Nissan is the best!

This location will lie to you and tell you, you need braces to get more money out of you when you could get aligners for cheaper. I went into this location to get X-rays done for aligners and was told the next day by the manger I was not a candidate, I went to get a Second opinion from their other location because my teeth are not that bad and the other location told me right after my X-rays I was a candidate for aligners. I called and spoke to the manger at this location to ask why she lied to me and she was extremely rude to me and told me I shouldn't accuse her of things and told me she never said I was not a candidate, then she hung up on me. Do not go to this location, they do not care about you, they just want your money.

The worst place to bring your family they do a horrible job very unprofessional. I wish I never brought my family here for services. Desiree at front desk is the worst.

Fantastic office! The front ladies are so sweet and helpful (Blanca, Lesly and Desere), to the Fabulous Dentist Dr. Paul Nissen and the Hygentist assistant Erika; every single time I come to Indian Wells; I'm blown away by the professionalism, thoroughness, kindness and respect for myself and All of their patients!
I highly recommend Brite Now Dental!

Took 40 minutes before we were taken to the back. The checkup was quick and almost felt like it was a waste of time. They don't have a hygienist on staff so we didn't even get a cleaning, they want another appointment for that. Waste of time.

I just got fired from my dentist for calling him and his team out on gaslighting me. I also brought up the fact that I was traumatized mentally and physically by him and his assistant’s negligence while filling a cavity last time I was there. If anyone wants to know…The dental assistants mother is such a clean freak that she actually cleans her cleaning supplies after she cleans. I know this bc this is the stuff they were talking about and laughing at while working in my mouth. They were flirting and giggling and I have been in pain ever since bc of the lack of attention. I was scheduled for a cleaning today and they argued incessantly with me that it was for a checkup. This has happened another time here as well. I spoke my mind. I asked them to take accountability and instead of owning up to their lack of professionalism, they fired me! Wow. So unprofessional. I was never going to write a review. That’s why I confronted all of this personally. Now here I am bc my dentist doesn’t have courage to say “I made a mistake. ” Definitely not someone I want taking care of my teeth. Bad business. So disappointed. I would not recommend this place bc if something happens they won’t have your back. They will just cancel you.

This place is terrible I had dentures made there that are actually the worst I have ever seen. They sent me home with them all crooked in my mouth I ended up sanding them down myself
