They don't care that you're in pain, they just do what they want. I went to put the braces on here and they were only going to put me on the top ones and they ended up putting both on me, regardless of the fact that I told them I wasn't going to bear the pain and they still don't care. Now I have unbearable pain and I can't eat well, plus they put the wires in very protruding and they have been cutting my lips too much. When I first put them on two hours later, some braces fell off and I wasn't even eating, they just fell off like that. I called and they told me to go and I went and instead of putting my braces back on they just cut off the excess braces and instead of putting me in an office they just cut them off there in the hallway of the clinic

The employees are always so rude and defensive, can’t wait until we get our braces off so we never have to go back to this location.

I was a first time patient to this facility. I was happy to get a next day appointment when I called, since I was having tooth pain. I was asked to come in 15 min early to finish any paper work, I did fill out prior to my visit, but since I was in pain this morning, did go in the 15 min earlier so I could be see right away. I was the first patient to arrive, but the waiting room quickly filled with patients. I did see most of them go in to their appointments pretty quickly and understand there was also a ortho clinic that day, however nothing was explained to me while I was waiting. I did notice front desk was looking for my paperwork that had been turned in as soon as I arrived.after waiting for 45min.and no update as too what was going on I decided to leave and get service elsewhere. Thank God Western Dental took me in right away.

My son got a cleaning and the person cleaning his teeth did not floss them because he had braces I will never go back here. Horrible experience. I don't even wanna give a star.

Would not allow me to get my regular covered teeth cleaning. They were insistent I get a deep clean which costs over $200.

It was a horrible experience, I been a patient for years and now got 3 crowns and I have severe pain, the Dentist told me it’s normal it takes time but I had them done 4/2023. Oh, and it’s very expensive, I’m changing dentist…

“I've been going to Bright Now Dental in Upland for probably 10 yrs now. I'm always happy with this place, however my recent visit (service wise) was horrible. The lady that did my cleaning was SOOO rough and sloppy. Water sprayed ALL over my face, she burned my gums and inside of my lips with the tooth buffer tool. THEN practically ripped my gums to pieces when she glossed my teeth. I don't remember her name (black lady w/ braids). She was super friendly, informative and nice but I've never had such a painful experience before. My gums are still sore and after a cleaning that never happens. ”

Had the same horrible experience, on July 4th same lady as mentioned above. Everything that sienna mentioned happened to me as well. The doctor was bad too he scraped between my teeth so hard that he cut between my gums. This had never happened before, I’ve been going every 6 months for the last 3 years but I’m not coming back

Got me in relived my pain and got me out, Sara (Sarah) and the dental assistant (sorry I did not catch her name) were great! Sara (Sarah) thank you for working with me to get my insurance transferred for a same day emergency appointment

I just want to say I went here a long time ago and he did a root canal and he did a ok job cause I wouldn't have to go back if he did a great job. So I went back in 2019 and he took xrays and all of a sudden I need another one? Come on! So I had a dental emergency this past weekend and all he did was x rays again and didn't even do an exam.the manager came and said I needed all this work and it's gonna cost over $5000. Dr Kim and bright now is all about money. I went to get a 2nd opinion at another dentist.and yes I do need work done but the dentist was able to save my tooth for now by giving me medicine in my tooth and control the nerves. Bright now has lost my business!

I left there this morning in tears. I went in for a scheduled root canal, he numbed me without going over the treatment cost, so I left the office with my whole right side numb. Instead of doing the minimal treatment plan, they sent me off because I couldn't afford the plan they wanted for me.

The staff was super nice, and the doctor was really great. I don’t like to go to the dentist but I felt really comfortable. And I will refer my family and friends to go there. As well

I'm happy and feel comfortable with this office of Bright Dental Now, everyone is professional and attentive. Dr. Kim is very careful, his hand is very soft, very careful with the anesthesia he just give you enough for the treatment. I like that.
Today I went for a cleaning and The Dr. Kim is always nice and careful.
