I’m so impressed with the knowledge and care Marsha Kratz gave. My daughter was beginning to get a flat head due to mild tortacolis. Marsha not only walked me through the excersises, but educated me on what was going on and how to address it. A few days later, I was always seeing a huge differences in both her neck range and her head position at night. So thankful for her and Bright STAR Physical Therapy.

I have mostly great things to say about the staff here. Masha and Jules were experts and took good care of my daughter and knew what to tell us how to answer our questions. Unfortunately, many visits were wasted with Erica, who is very nice but doesn't seem to know what she is doing. My wife and I both felt we did better PT at home than she provided. Maybe she is better with grown kids and adults, so keep that in mind if you are taking your infant. I recommend this place but schedule a baby with Jules.

I recommend it for kids and adults if they need some PT. They work with Original center so you may be quality to get it for free for your kids. Parking is not free, the place is pretty cold, bring a long sleeve ou jacket.

I LOVE BRIGHT STAR! I've been visiting for the last 8 years for my scoliosis & the therapists have always been so helpful, patient, and knowledgable.
After just one visit, they taught me enough stretches and exercises to get me feeling better within the week. Also, whenever I'm there and doing a painful stretch, my therapist is always encouraging me and cheering me on so it's also a really fun experience. The whole staff is super friendly and accomodating and I have all of my questions answered whenever someone is available to help.
I love this group!

I’ve been coming here for some time now and I feel so blessed to have encountered so many people who actually care about helping you get better! I love every therapist I’ve had the opportunity to work with. Everyone is so knowledgeable and caring and I have to give a shout out to Yelda who I’ve most recently been working with on my Schroth therapy whenever I am not working with Masha! Yelda is the sweetest most gentle soul and is always attentive in every session to what my body needs. She answers my every question and always gives me tips on what I can do to improve as much as I can! Thank you to everyone at bright star for caring and helping in the journeys each of your patients are on

They are very rude and unprofessional! I had a very hard pain in my hip I got referred by my doctor was needed as soon as possible their secretary picked up the phone 2 days after I’m trying to reach them and said our next appointment they have will be a week after! What an answer for someone who has a very hard pain and need someone to take care of it ASAP! Not recommended at all!
