Made an appointment for an eye exam. The staff and especiallly the Dr was amazing and super friendly. Explained everything thoroughly about my eyes and glasses I purchased. Very satisfied with the customer service here.

Excellent Customer Service! The remodel looks awesome. They have a great selection of different frames for men and women. They really take their time with you to walk through the process.

Perhaps the best optometrist place in the city. Although I haven’t been to all of them. They have made a renovation with an incredible amount of space. State of the art equipment. Detailed information about eye and vision results. Great team including doctors and staff. Super clean office.

Never had a better optometrist than the team at BVO. The eye exam was actually a great experience and I can't wait for my next check up. They walked me through all the plans that best suited me. Contact lenses, glasses, and even LASIK were options that they had to offer. Love the team and the doctors!

09/29/2023 UPDATE -
Went back for my follow up exam and the consistency in service is great. The renovations to the place makes it feel a lot more luxurious and welcoming. Dr. Steven Soong was very thorough with his process and made sure I left with the proper information. Location is great too. Afterwards I went to get some Omomo haha

The team at Bright Eye Vision are very professional and have the latest diagnostic equipment to make your appointment thorough and informative. They were able to work within my budget for new glasses.

I've been coming here for a few years now, but this time, it was after their office expansion! I was very impressed by the level of service and aesthetic - the team works cohesively as a whole and really makes you feel at home when you check in. Dr. Steven Soong is always very thorough with his exams and explanations for the questions I had for my case. I didn't feel like he shortcut any answers, which was very comforting. Whether you're looking for an annual check up or here for the vibes, this is the place to be!

Haven’t had an eye exam since 2019! Found this place via my insurance. The office is so beautiful and clean. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. Dr. Kao did my exam and she took the time to explain my results and did the exam thoroughly. Was very pleased to see all the options for frames and contact lenses. Was able to purchase a beautiful pair of Tom Ford glasses. Very happy to find my new go to optometrist

My family and I had a fantastic experience here! Dr. Sophie was my husband's and my optometrist- wonderful and caring. Dr. Phung was my 2 young kids’ optometrist- great with kids! The office is beautiful with advanced tech, and staff is very kind. Great frame selection too! Highly recommended!

I came here for my first time and was pleasantly surprised. The office itself is very clean and modern. I was quickly greeted and offered a bottle of water. Then I was taken back by Trish who did my pre-exams and she made sure I was comfortable and knew the story of the office. Then I saw Dr. Sophie, she too made sure I was comfortable, explained everything well, offered solutions for my dry eyes and allergies, and much more. I then ended with Monique who was very friendly and helped me pick out some frames and quoted me for contacts. As I was sitting there waiting, I texted my boyfriend that he should come here for his next visit. I had a great experience at Bright Vision and I will be back!
