3I was very disappointed in lack of service and follow up with my results and ordering my hearing aid. There seem not to be a sense of urgency to take care of the patient's need. Other than that, the owner is pleasant and nice but too slow and basically a one man show.
I couldn't be a more satisfied customer. Jaklin is wonderful - above & beyond- and really takes her time researching and being helpful about what model of which hearing aid is best for you. And it doesn't end with the sale - she make sure to help out regularly after purchase. I have recommended her to several friends, and will continue to. I recommend her to you too!
The lack of caring at this place is ridiculous. I set up a hearing appointment and after having to wait 2 weeks to go, the night before my appointment they call me and tell me they have to re-schedule, which again is another 2 weeks out. And just now the day before my appointment, they call me again to re-schedule. When I express my frustration, they just say "we understand, you are welcome to find another place to get a hearing test" They didn't even apologize for all that time wasted. UNBELIEVABLE! Thanks for wasting 4 weeks of my time!
