BrightStar Care of Chico

We have been so happy with the care providers BrightStar has sent to work with my step mom, who is non-ambulatory with alzheimers. Mel goes above and beyond engaging her in activities, music, singing, getting outside in the sun, and being part of the medical needs she has. Living so far away from my parents is hard. It helps to know there is good managed in home care to rely on.

My caregiver Margret is a gem. She works over and above my expectations. The office staff is friendly and helpful.

During the time Bright Star provided care for my husband it made such a huge difference knowing that he was not only well cared for but, the personality of his caregiver, Esther, was a perfect match for both my husband and myself! Even at times when things would be rearranged due to appointments, or familial obligations, Cory and the office staff were always warm, and professional, during our many interactions. I'd recommend Bright Star to anyone who needs help caring for a loved one.

We have been very happy with our care workers from BrightStar Care. Catt, Emma and Emily have been so good for my Dad. They are attentive to his needs. He enjoys their company and feels very comfortable with the care they give him. It gives me a peace of mind knowing they are with him. I have and would recommend BrightStar Care.

We were very lucky to find Brightstar Care to provide 24 hour in-home care for my dad. Emily has worked diligently to accommodate our specific needs. Several of our Personal Care Attendants have really exceeded our expectations and helped us tremendously during this stressful and emotional time. Patty has a wonderful personality and bedside manner. Her effort and ability to connect with my dad, in addition to her wealth of experience set her apart right away. We are grateful for Shanon because of her high expectations for herself and others. The compassion and professional skills she demonstrates while caring for my dad makes it clear that she takes pride in everything she does. Amber has been very kind and personable while following protocols and going above and beyond when possible. Finally, we appreciate Blossom because of her friendly disposition, inquisitive attitude and initiative to start things she didn't see done already. We worked with one other in-home care provider in Chico and we found Brightstar Care to be the best choice for us. Their continued, conscious effort to meet our scheduling needs and provide us with high quality care attendants has led me to highly recommend them to others.

I so appreciate Emma M. For her kindness, always on time, and cooking for my mom, dressing her for the day and folding laundry. She prepared her for bed and sharing her stories. What a great person to have for our beloved mother.

We are very happy with Bright Star Care. My parents are very happy with the caregiver Shanon she's very friendly and professional and helpful. I Would highly recommend her. I am so happy that we found someone that we can trust with our elderly parents.

We had so many caregivers from Bright Star​ Care​ that were amazing. I am very happy Esther D, ​ ​Athena G​​ and Rylie H ​were there to help me take care of my Dad at my home. ​He went blind after my mom passed and needed full assistance for daily living. I work full-time and couldn't stay home to care for him. ​ ​​The ​​scheduling​/office​ staff​, ​ Trinity, Emily, and Corey​, were also fantastic to work with. ​​​ ​They​ made sure shifts were covered every day, even last-minute shifts. I've said it before, but will say it again, I couldn't have taken care of my Dad at home without the Bright Star CareTeam. ​ I highly recommend using Bright Star ​Care ​if you need quality, caring people to help take care of your family.

Donna W has been the best thing to happen in home health care for my Dad. She is always on time to pick him up, drives him safely to his weekly appointment, helps him with his grocery shopping and banking. Donna helps with scheduling future appointments and getting prescriptions refilled. He always raves about her driving and even lets her drive his new truck. I don’t think she has been late or missed even one weekly visit in the last six months. Thank you Donna for helping my Dad! He can be a bit cantankerous but you handle him with aplomb!

We greatly appreciate Darby. She is punctual, pleasant, and thorough in her care for our mother. It is a great relief to have someone so competent on our homecare team.
