Took my great uncle to his appointment here. Had to wait 2.5hrs to be brought back into a room. They had closed for the day and still had a long line of patients waiting to be seen. We were about to leave and schedule an appointment elsewhere, when they took us back and said the doctor will be in shortly. Which was just a ruse to keep the appointment because it took another 30 mins for a doctor to come in. Not the mention the dust and dirt all over the patient rooms. Would not recommend coming here unless you want to wait 3-3.5 hrs to be seen by a doctor in a dirty room when you are on time for an appointment scheduled well in advance.

If you want a dr.that listens to you and then gets things done, Dr. Freyne is the right doctor. If you want a Dr.with a good bedside manner, you may not be completely satisfied. She likes to do things fast, then move on. She was the first person who believed I lived with chronic body wide pain 24/7. I am Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Sjorgen’s Syndrome, Arthritis (not sure if it is Rheumatoid and/or regular arthritis), Severe Degenerative Disc Disease, Colitis (cured with Non GMO/Gluten Diet), Diabetes/nerve damage/pain. Dr. Freyne got me the pain relief I needed to get me out of bed and back to living life, to take care of my young daughter at the time, and not live in pain and depression. Been seeing her approx. 16 year. Wait times can be long, some days not.

Doctor Freyne is excellent at her profession. I have a dupertrens contracture in both my hands. It took me 3 procedures too fix the left hand. Today being the 3rd procedure. I cannot say it was comfortable but I am highly satisfied and grateful for her work & professional attitude. I would highly recommend her if you have the same condition.

I have been seeing Dr. Freyne for a couple of years now. Extremely bummed my insurance is no longer being accepted here this year and have to start new somewhere else. I definitely recommend Dr. Freyne. Very straight forward and to the point. I’ve never had an issue with her staff. I would call and leave messages and her staff would get back to me in a day or 2 with an answer. Very professional. Thank you Dr. Freyne.

I have been a patient of Dr Freyne for about 10 yrs. In addition I Have had many Rheumatologist over the past 30 years and for some reason very few good Rheumatologist exist. Especially in the inland empire. "THEY ALL SUCK" Sorry about the crude way of saying it but very true. I feel blessed to have a Dr.who reads my file before coming in the room and never seems unprepared or anything but invested in her Practice.
Dr Freyne is the real deal. A no nonsense professional trying to help you feel better. Thats it. Nothing less or nothing more
I am a huge fan of Dr Freyne and her professionalism. Thank-you for all you do

I spent months calling and leaving messages to schedule an appointment. They never called back or answered the phone.

First appt on time. Office staff friendly and professional. Dr. Freyne is friendly, efficient
And gets right to the point. I think I have made
One of the smartest decisions of my life in
Choosing her for my medical care. I have a rare
Blood disorder that few have recognized in the past. Dr. Freyne was familiar with it. For the first time in several years, I left the doctors office feeling hopeful and relieved. Thank you
Dr. Freyne.

Looking for a doctor that will cater to your every whim? You won't find that in Dr. Freyne. What you'll find, is a highly intelligent, straight to the point doctor, throughly checking into your health (past/present), to discover what you'll actually need, which may not always align with your wants. I greatly appreciate her direct approach when it comes to my health care. As none of us really have time to waste, especially when it comes to feeling better and having a decent quality of life. Right? You may find her office is quite busy/understaffed due to our current Covid era. Do not allow that to deter you from choosing her as your Rheumatologist. However. I have recently been turned away, as she no longer accepts Medi-cal/IEHP Ins. Although she has been my doctor in previous years, when I've had IEHP as well as Aetna insurance (husband lost his job/Aetna as a primary ins.). I am disappointed by this fact, hence the 4 star review. If you are long standing and have always had Medi-cal insurance with her, she has kept those patients on; I am exempt in this case regrettably. Thank you for all that you do Dr. Freyne, you'll be missed!

Dr. Freyne is quick and to the point. You may think she doesn't hear what you are saying but she gets it all, really, all of it. I've been seeing her for several years, she is a very knolegable person and works with the rheumatologists network. She cares.

The staff is very rude and unfriendly, I have called them many times to submit the prescription for the pharmacy.
I don’t recommend this place

Dr Freyne was recommended by one of my friends@work (I do work in healthcare to) She told me Dr Freyne is quick and precisely on what she is doing. I'm so happy for my choice. My husband has a gout disease, which she told me right way, did all kind of lab tests, ultrasound etc, prescribed medication and thanks to her he is feeling good now. You don't need a doct to spend time staying with you, you need a doct to be professional and help you! That's what I think. Thank you Dr Freyne.

I was recently sent to this Rheumatologist about one month ago, because I was sent by Sedgwick who managers my Long-Term Disability claim for my employer. I am a 2-time cancer survivor and Stem Cell Transplant recipient. I have received extensive Chemotherapy in the last 10 years with my last battle in 2017. I have had extensive side effects (i.e, joint pain, neuropathy in the hands, feet, arms) and the conditions has been long lasting and has definitely impacted my quality of life. I was subjected to go to the appointment with her, as I had no other choice. I have had 6 surgeries, one kidney and not sure if my well-being, quality of life will ever return to ‘normal. ’ All of my treatments and Stem Cell Transplant were done at prestigious hospitals at USC Norris Institute and City of Hope—which is one of the best hospitals for Cancer. I am so disheartened, sad that this Rheumatologist asked me ‘practically interviewed me for 35 minutes’ while looking at my medical history and determined that I am able to work. I am not sure the incentive, or bonus that she receives when making a decision like that to support these big insurance companies, but I am sure it is sufficient. I am now left having to fight my disability claim, since she wrote in her statement that I am fine. How this was even possible, is beyond my understanding, as she is not an Oncologist. For those who visit her office, just be aware that it doesn’t seem that she cares for patients, as that is the feeling that I got. There was more attention to detail in all of the hand-made quilts that are gloriously hanging all over her office. I am very disappointed and would not recommend her, even for her specialty ‘rheumatology

I've seen Dr. Freyne for more than 8 yrs. The best advice I can give patients or potential patients is to be very informed about your condition, medications, lab work, etc.and advocate for yourself or your family member who sees her. There are a limited number of Rheumatologists in Riverside County. This means Dr. Freyne's office is always busy. But if you are well informed about your condition and advocate for yourself it will serve you well in this office.

I have been with Dr. Freyne for over 15 years as a patient. Her office runs smoothly as on time. Her medical assistants are kind, friendly and professional. Dr. Freyne is thorough and professional. My Rheumatoid Arthritis has gotten better since I have been treated by her. She found innovative medicines for me when other medicines did not work and I am feeling better than I have in years. I highly recommend Dr. Freyne and her team of professionals.

I have been a patient of dr freyne for 8 years and I see her once a month. She is very caring and listens to your needs. She is very good with treating your illness. Staff is friendly and accommodating on rescheduling appts and scheduling last minute appts. Overall I am super satisfied with her care and treatments and would recommend her to others.

Dr. Freyne is an outstanding doctor.
I have been her patient for 11 years.
My rheumatoid arthritis, has been in remission, since I first started seeing her.
Her patience with me has been excellent, so has her staff.
With monthly visits, since 2009, she has always been attentive toward my condition.
I have been able to resume all my normal activities.
