So they closed the cafe and put in a hot bar, They also redid the seating area. And though napkins and plastic ware are available, there's a filtered water spout, but never any cups and tables are never wiped. Store is nice, but don't bother on the ex-cafe.

Usually I would not write a rude/negative review but today was NOT a day I experienced respect at your store. I work across the street from bistrol farms and everyday I go after work to the store to buy a drink or something from the hot food bar. Today I bought a rice bowl and a powerade. I went to the self checkout where I usually go and I finished my payment. Then female employee at the cashier/self checkout asked me "Did you pay for that? ! ". I was completely confused. I was still at the registers so why wouldn't I have paid? I her showed my receipt and she said "oh sorry". I felt disrespected and discrimid against. Why would she ask me that? Because I'm my shirt was dirty? I had headphones on? I had just finished my shift and had a long day. What was expected? Actually nothing because that's not how the situation should of been handled in general. She literally ruined the rest of my day! I will be emailing the store or coming in because this was definitely humiliating.

The service was fantastic! The lady in the bakery, Bre, has an awesome attitude! I’ve been to the bakery a few times now and every time, Bre, comes through! She is a breath of fresh air in terms of providing an excellent shopping experience. Thank You!

Well my fantastic experience was short lived. Jenny and Jessy tanked my previous review! Had a 2 shrimp in my hot bar container, by mistake, so I was reprimanded by Jenny at the checkout after waiting in a long line for 20 minutes. If a customer has an extra little shrimp, let it slide. You guys are real good at really upsetting customers! So the hot bar item goes in the trash and upset customer goes out the door! Where’s customer satisfaction?

Liked the visuals of the store and bought some sushi they were just ok. Bought a red velvet bundle cake it was dry and not the right flavor. Maybe it was old. Also bought two little bottles of sake.
Didn't like that I felt harrased by the security women there following me everywhere to the point that made me feel like I was going to steal something. She even went to the lengths to see if I took the entire tray of plastic spoons, forks, knives, Chinese sticks or napkins from the place. I had the right to use one for my sushi and one fork for my individual cake. Why would I need more? Then I even smiled at her, and her condescending smile back at me was like saying, " "F" "U" get out. I was just minding my own business buying some quick dinner since "The Rice" restaurant next door was closed. The cashier, on the other hand, was so nice to me. She made the experience of shopping there better. But the security women with glasses on was somewhat arrogant and targeting the wrong customer. Very uncomfortable feeling and experience. I have been living in the area for about 7 years and only twice I have gone there. I would rather take my money to some other place where they don't judge you or assume to the point where you feel like "Am I dreaming? Is this happening to me? Am I supposed to feel scared to buy things here? Am I supposed to touch them to take them to the cashier and pay? Or they just fly telepathically over there? If you think my words sound cringed well, yeah, imagine that situation being there. Absolutely not nice.

Great place to grab your day to day groceries. Lack of stars is because the service is slow, waiting 15min to order a drink from the Cafe is unacceptable they don't even acknowledge your waiting at the register. Meat department complaining about being under staffed, customers don't need to hear about your employment problems. Hint: Jamba juice is in the same shopping center, less than 5min walk from bristol to enjoying my drink.

Excellent for me, fresh deli meats, great products, my goto for quite a few things that fit my niche.

Very clean, Variety of all things. Shopping here is treat. Sooooooo expensive! Felt like a field trip today.

Amazing selection of gourmet items. Seafood and butcher had nice cuts. Deli, hot food bar, salad bar all really good. Prices on regular grocery items aren't cheap, but it's a premium store. Very good service.

Salad bar ok but not fresh as it should be. Hot food bar was nasty not fresh i don’t know what the ppl are doing prepping the food it’s unacceptable it was about 12 so food should look fresh and edible that early fruit over priced not fresh

We were at Bristol Farms today & they were having a sale in the meat dept.
So I picked up a tri tip for $9,95 lb & white corn. And grilled them.
They were soooo good. I want to say it was one of the best tri tip I have tasted, best meat I have tasted in a long time. Lots of flavor, tender and juice.
Grilled the corn & it was a great pairing with the meat. Finished it off with a green salad of goat cheese, fresh strawberries & raspberry vinaigrette.
It was all soo tasty.

Awesome prepped food section as well as full grocery store. Poke bar, fresh fruit bar, bakery, soups, etc.can’t go wrong. Super clean bathrooms.

This place has a lot of great stuff but if you are a person of color (like me) and want the security guard to follow you all over the store as if you are going to steal something (a la dont be a menace to south central movie liquor scene) then this place is for you since I did not like that. Smh. Will just keep going to whole foods down the street. 0 stars.

One of the nicer supermarkets in the area, but not as nice or large as some of the other Bristol Farms in SoCal.
Also, I’m lowering my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars because I just bought flowers there and when I got home they smelled putrid. Bristol Farms needs to change out their flower water so that when you bring home expensive petals they don’t smell like garbage (and need to be thrown out)! What a shame and what a waste! I’ve never had that happen with flowers from Trader Joe’s.
