Broadstone At Stanford Ranch, Rocklin CA

Very nice place to live. The staff is awesome and very prompt to respond to any concerns you may have. The grounds are always very well maintained and I feel safe for both myself and my children while living at Broadstone.

Very quiet place to live. The gym is complete and good sized. The pool area is amazing as is always clean. I really like this place to life. They have updates and the people in the office is nice.

Everything is superb so far! 24 hour gym which I love! Only complaints I have is that in order to receive packages you have to go directly into the office and personnel are not always in. I suppose it won't be for long because the lady mentioned they are remodeling. Also I live in a downstairs unit so I can hear footsteps above me most of the time.

Really all I can say is the tenets make all the diffent. I have live in many complex’s and broadstone has to be the quietest place by far.thanks for all the memories

I live in BROADSTONE for 2 years. This community brings me pleasure, the office is always friendly, and the maintenance guys are super. Billiards, gym, pool, whirlpool and always delicious coffee - where else can you find it in one place? And a special thank for your party! Thank you BROADSTONE!

I don't live here and it's gated so I usually wait by the office and have to tail gate behind someone to get in. Useless gates!

I lived here for a while, moved away, and returned. The quality of life is so great and comforting.

I will say that this place is nice but, the office staff is very rude and does NOT help if you have an issue. I live here currently and will probably move just because of the staff, the manager especially.

A very nice place to live. The prices are soaring in general, but they are getting bit extreme at this complex. The staff and amenities are both wonderful. The upkeep of the grounds is great. Of course, the apartment interior is superb.
