Had the greatest time with Tanisha had all her attention finally for once.
The ramp is close due to flood. This place is not family-friendly because there are lots of homeless people around. But right off to the left of the river is where people fish. Just find an open spot. Put some bait on your hook, and just throw it out about six to ten feet off the shore, and you could get lucky. The parking is also free and there is lots of space available to park.
If it wasn't for the West Sacramento Park & Recreation and West Sacramento Homeless support Officers always harassing folks and not really helping the less fortunate folks like myself and a few others it would really be more enjoyable.
