This is my unsolicited positive review of the technician, Ruben Arevalo, from Brody Pennell Heating & Air Conditioning. Ruben arrived early. He was prompt, courteous, efficient, and took the time to explain to me what he was doing. I was very pleased with the service that was provided on our heater.

I attempted to schedule an appointment to meet with a technician regarding servicing units at our business. I was told the technician required a 2 hour window to arrive. After scheduling a service window and waiting 2 hours the technician did not arrive and no notice was given. Do not waste people's time if you have no intention of arriving.

Responsive and HONEST. I have used Brody Pennell twice and both times they have been responsive, done quality work, taken the time to explain the issues, and given me an honest assessment of the issue versus trying to up sell me on things that I don't need.

They were super nice and on time and also contacted my neighbor to get access to the roof condensing unit. Really great service

My entire experience with Brody Pennell was excellent. I inquired via a chat box online, someone from their scheduling depart called the next morning to schedule the service for the following day, service person arrived on time and was able to identify the problem with my Honeywell de-humidifier on the first visit. Very impressive considering the company I purchased it from has been trying to fix it since July. Well done Brody Pennell and Cesar Corrales.

I have worked with BP for years and have been on their quarterly maintenance plan quite a long time. Caesar performed the most recent maintenance and discovered a HVAC issue that needed attention and also recommended a new air purification system. He installed both with a very professional, personable and timely performance. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate his attention to my needs.
