The owner is the worst we were going to buy a dump trailer and some stuff from him for a lot of money and all he could do is yell at us because we were asking as he said too many questions but aren't you supposed to ask questions when buying something expensive and this is from not the customer but his employee so its the 3rd side of the story from the outside

Called to ask about prices on a 16 ft 16000 gvw gooseneck dump trailer and got yelled at for not knowing all the other options instead of him just asking. Definitely doesn’t seem to want business.

Best place in California to buy your trailers! Probably the biggest inventory store I have seen! If you’re looking for a trailer just take a drive out there and I guarantee you’ll find a trailer that you like!

I spoke with Sam over the phone to get a quote on a trailer. This man was extremely rude. He told me it’s a waste of his time to give me a quote on a Max D trailer. He told me he would need a $5000 deposit from me to get a quote and order the trailer just in case I didn’t buy. Very dirty business at Bronco trailer. Be careful with this guy.

Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. Sam was the rudest person I ever tried to do business with. Tried to negotiate a purchase and he blew a gasket, stating "I don't want to waste my time" and walked away and would not respond as I tried to get him to come back. I had to walk right up on him to continue the conversation because he just sat on his forklift and ignored me as I approached him. Very unprofessional and poor example of the small business culture here in the Visalia area. Pass on this outfit and happy shopping!
