They did a great job fixing up two of my old family guitars. Great customer service and very knowledgeable.

Friendly staff, great service. I had trouble finding the baritone saxophone and settled for the tenor but then got a call right back as soon as the baritone was available. There was clear instructions on renting, we did all the paperwork and payment online.

I use quite a few techs and this shop is by far the fastest on sax and trumpet repair. They do quality work in Sax and trumpet and I would recommend them. Decent dent improvements work, Good valve lapping, and good cleaning on vintage instruments. Usually will call you and tell you when an instrument is ready - most other shops won’t do this. They are superb at soldering - really impressive.

Pros: speed and reasonable prices on repairs. Can repair most any instrument within reason. Good at soldering, valve lapping and dealing with vintage instruments.

Cons: will not always accept advanced repair due to their workload i.e. Sax overhaul or heavy dents- but then again who wants to wait months for 1-3 months repair? So I understand why they won’t take all advanced repairs. Would recommend the shop even though they will take the easier repairs.
Sometimes charges small fees for things that may have been ok, such as cork or felts, but overall since the cost is low it is not a significant factor. Still would recommend them.

Overall if you would like a speedy repair and quality work - this is a go to shop. I recommend this shop and have used their services for years.

My daughter needed a 1/4 violin. Unfortunately the center where she takes her lessons at did not have any available. I googled around and the top result was Bronstein Music. It took me less than 5 minutes to submit the rental request form. Staff were very helpful and informative. My daughter was so happy to get the violin and play it.

Pros in every way for repairs on band, orchestra and fretted instruments.

Rented a trumpet for a few months for my kid, while the school bought more. Good service.

Wonderful experienced instrument repair shop and retail store. Great experience and advice from the employees. Excellent place to go if you want quality work at a fair price. We had brought in an old violin to get repaired but ended up renting a brand new one instead. It was clear that the guys working there know their instruments and are quite experienced.
