My husband and I needed major help in finding clothing for a Sikh wedding and this store saved the day. We obnoxiously came in 30 min before they closed and they were still so welcoming and helpful in helping us find the right colors and styles. Highly recommend!

HUGE STORE! My wife bought a few items of clothing here while we were in CA on a work related visit not long back. The service was excellent, the range astounding and everything was on special. I went down the street to the men's Brooks Brothers the next day and picked up some personal items for myself.

What a great boutique for Indian dresses and accessories! Harmindar was so helpful and even brought me so many great selections to choose from. It was personal shopping at its best. Will definitely be back!

Like a lot of other reviewers, I'm attending an Indian wedding but had no idea what to wear. Everyone at Brooks Brothers was super friendly and helpful, answering all my dumb questions and working with me to find something in my price range.

Brooks Brothers boutique was absolutely amazing. The ladies in the store helped me the second I walked through the door and were extremely patient finding me just the right size and style. They have a great selection and will work within your budget & provide alterations if necessary. Such a fun experience!

Very cool store! Going to Indian wedding tomorrow and needed a blouse ASAP. This store had a huge variety of blouses and sarees. This store delivered. Harminder was super helpful and sweet!

Went in to look at ties and pocket sqares. All the ties I looked at had snags in them and none of them had matching pocket squares. I asked if they had new ties in the back and they just said no without even looking.

1st class service, walked in greeted with a smile, David assisted me with exchange and purchase of three L/S shirts. Thx

Extremely rude. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received at any Brook's Brothers store. Too bad the Rodeo Drive store closed down.

Very favorable customer service experiences with Sam, as he specifically has been my go-to for multiple trips. Sam appears to work both this location and the Los Angeles storefront.

Pekka helped me receive a few items quickly and after sharing the BB tailoring service is advised, she could refer a local tailoring service provider if a quick turnaround was needed. Jeanie has been helpful and friendly as well.

Probably my worst experience. Employees ignored me till I reached out that I needed help (there were 3 employees and 2 other guests), which didnt bother me. I’m used to the one on Rodeo but they moved. My wife said employee was pretty rude, but I didn’t notice.
Annoying things: Guy there didn’t know much about BB shirts and measurements—I had to explain things to him. He signed me up for a new BrooksBrothers card when I already had one on my other number. Added $10 donation to St Jude’s without asking me. It was a mess. Don’t bother coming here. Go to the one in the Grove.
