Brookside Golf & Country Club, Stockton CA

Christmas party here a few times and it was paid for by my wife's work place.we had a great time.

They start out so friendly. They offer a $75/month discount if YOU sign a 2-yr contract. What they don’t tell you is, buried in the little handout they give you it says the dues can change. 90-days after starting with them the raised the dues…. In my mind negating the contract. That year they posted a $500,000 profit! These people practice Bait and Switch and are DISHONEST! Buyer Beware…. I wish I’d never signed with them.

I had lunch with my family at the Brookside Country Club. The food is wonderful; I ordered the Calamari appetizer and the grilled romaine salad with chicken. The dressing was outstanding. The Country Club is beautiful, and the staff is friendly.

We played here at an NCGA Valley yearly event and at the reserve at spanos park (now that course is a very good one)

I was expecting something special as this is a private in a well too do area. The entrance is grand with a lovely club house entrance view. However once you get in you realize this is a really pretentious club a faux of private clubs a charlatan. Boy was I in for a big surprise as the course was in terrible shape. The facilities are worse than a local muni, bunkers gone, fairways gone rough disgusting with overall maintenance is a joke. A plus was the greens were playable. Pro shop joke and staff not pleasant or helpful. The course is okay. Nothing really stands out and I got bored playing. The layout is interesting with the water but something is “defiantly” missing at this club and the members could address, only if they want to make it better

I love it! The Turn is awesome, they are friendly and the course is challenging. All new green side Bunkers are awesome! Wood fired pizzas are great. Staff is friendly AF!

Went to a luau there put on by my financial advisor, great food and service, in and outdoors seating.beautiful!

My sister had her wedding and reception here it was decadent and ritzy all at the same time it made me wanna do something there lol

Amazing golf course! Beautiful scenery and prestine fairways! Very challenging from the back tees.

This was a nice surprise, Stockton has a very nice neighborhood here on West side of Interstate 5.

To the woman working at the main gate this afternoon who observed our masks and told us to stay home if we’re scared…. Understand that it’s ignorance like this that has perpetuated the pandemic. Telling physicians to stay home if we’re scared means that people like you would not receive the care they need. Maybe it’s unmasked people, like you, that should stay home.

Beautiful awesome amazing a place that you really want to live in the area was just God it was the greatest

What an awesome course! So relaxing and fun! Greens were fast and fairway were in decent shape. We'll be back!

We went there for monthly Stockton Republican Womens meeting and lunch. Excellent food. Judge Barbara Kronlund was the guest speaker.

Terrible bunkers. No sand. Like hitting off concrete. I guess Stockton rich and too poor to buy sand.

I have always enjoyed playing Brookside CC. It is a challenging layout with a good mix of short and long holes. Large undulating greens provide a variety of pin locations which require accurate iron play and deft lag putting. Course condition requires improvement. The fairways had frequent soggy spots and bare patches. The traps are sandless hardscape. The foursome enjoyed some skilled play and beautiful weather. We will come back.

The best place to golf in Stockton. I also attended my friend's wedding here. The venue is beautiful, service is great, and its overall such a nice spot. If only I could afford one of the homes.

Loved this place. Nice staff, nice food, nice everything.went here for a baby shower and was an awesome experience. The venues are very large and even perfect for a wedding! Would highly recommend.
