Horrible place! They do horrible work and lie about it when they screw up! Do not trust your clothes to them. Much better places in DT. Don’t waste your money here.
Very unprofessional had lost my belongs and after a month they finally found it after I had called the police on speaker they magically found it.beware by the way they were acting and treating the situation they were acting like it was my problem they also must do that all the time!
Do NOT come here. They are liars and crooks! They screwed up brand new jeans and when we came back an hour later, they denied us ever being there. You can’t park in front of the store anymore because of a newly added bike lane, so we couldn’t try the pants on. We had to drive all the way back at 8pm from Santa Monica after a long day at work and they pretty much told us we were liars. We are going to file a lawsuit at small claims court. It’s the principal at this point.
Do not trust these people with your garments. They destroy everything the touch.

My family had been going here for years to get our clothes fixed and they’re the best! Fast, efficient, and worth the money and trip.
