I love how she does my eye brows keeps my shape she cleans them up very nice my favorite spot to go to

Just got my eyebrows done and I am not happy. I wouldn’t ever recommend this place for anything. The woman that did my eyebrows destroyed them. She left me with extremely thin and uneven eyebrows. I already had thin eyebrows and explained I don’t want them thinned out at all and what did she do, she thinned them out even more. I am so disappointed because it takes so long for them to grow back. After she was done, I told her she made one of my eyebrows so much thinner than the other, and she blamed my eyebrows being I ever in the first place. On top of that, she was really rough and it was painful. I’ve never experienced that much pain while getting my eyebrows threaded and I’ve been getting them threaded for years. Never again. She provided an awful outcome and I’m never getting my eyebrows threaded ever again. Other than the outcome of her terrible service, she was, in my opinion, inappropriate while servicing me. She picked up her phone and held it on her shoulder to talk to someone. While she was chatting in a different language, she clearly spoke about world war 1 and world war 2, along with the president and clearly used the term customer (yes I’m white) many times. I was the only customer in the shop at the time. I felt so uncomfortable and she did not care about my obvious discomfort.

Amazing service I come in every two weeks, falguni is amazing and seriously knows her brows the wait may be 15-45 mins but I can promise you it is worth it.

I love this place! I have been coming here since she opened I think its been 5 years now. She is the only person I trust with my eyebrows she does such an amazing job and her shop is so clean.

I like going there. I like the way they treat you. They're very kind and fast I enjoy going there I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I moved to the high desert about 2 years ago and I struggled to find a good eyebrow thread place until I came here, she’s really good!

But umm while the lady was doing my eye brows she cut me so many times with the string and kept ripping
Kind of rough, I have scars under and above my eye brows now, I kinda didn’t like my eye brows tbh, but she was nice though have her a tip.and the place looks clean, but doesn’t clean seats after each use.
Shop always empty when I go, thanks but won’t be coming back

She always takes her time on your brows she gives quality threads, I’ve been coming to her since I moved to Victorville a year ago always a happy customer

Moved out of state 6 months ago. I waited till I visited California to come to this place and this place only. I love the service and she does an amazing job on my eyebrows! I 100% recommended this place great experience every time.

I got my eyebrows done. There was no wait and she was very meticulous and took her time and did a great job.

Service is okay. I used to come here when they first opened but it hasn’t been the same since. At the moment they are only taking cash and no where on the door or desk does it says this. I waited 20 minutes to find out when she was done with someone.

Due to the corona virus this buisness does not follow covid 19 restrictions. I went in there and there was at least 10 people in this small buisness it seemed unsanitary and overcrowded, i would not recommend this place if you are have concerns and safety about your health.

Now that she has open again after this pandemic she is doing everything to protect her customers, by checking temperature, cleaning and sanitizing everything after every customer she sees, she has her seats 6feet apart and she has her customers wait In Car when she gets busy. I feel safe when I go in there.
