Love this place and the women are so sweet! I usually go mid-day during my lunch— it’s less busy then.

Brow experts’ staff are kind, efficient, precise, affordable and available. I like that I’m able to walk in and not have to wait long to be seen. I have been happy with the results every visit. This was my 4th.

I'm so glad I found Brow Experts on El Camino Real! Myself, my 2 daughters and often times my nieces have been here to get our eyebrows done several times now we've had a great experience every time! The wait is never too bad, maybe 5-10 minutes if that, even if there's a lot of people already waiting. And I've never felt that they've rushed trying to get to the next person. Instead, they've been pretty consistent with the time they spend on me and my services.

Do not let the "walk in's only, no appointments" policy fool you. These women know exactly what they are doing and they will make your eyebrows look fantastic. They are not only excellent at their jobs but have excellent customer service. I am so particular about having my eyebrows shaped or tinted and feel so lucky that I found them.

Prices have gone up recently from $10 to $12 but still worth it because they’re fast, polite and accurate with brow threading - I’m outta there in a jiffy. Also they now have a rewards program:) Highly recommend.
