A really good privately owned campground. As good as any KOA. There was a hassle with the showers and tokens not working but they reimbursed us no questions and fixed the problem quickly. Very positive attitude from Reception. Tent camp sites are on lush grass with lots of shade and very spacious. Restrooms and showers are cleaned regularly. Shop on site has all the basics. Lots of friendly advice from the ladies when we were stuck there during Huricane Hilda on road closures. Well done guys!

It's a great camping place. With showers, clean bathrooms at all times, laundry room, sink to wash your dishes, water right next to your camping place and more.took my family and friends for the first time they fall in love at this place, can't wait to go back!

We arrived for a quick two night stay. Overall my site was fine, pull through, 30 amp with water. My complaint is the site next door to mine. A young family had pulled into said spot. He was pulling a 26' TT. I noticed that he seemed to be having issues with his hook ups. His family was still in the truck as it was 106 outside, even my RV with two a/c's was having trouble keeping up. I went outside to retrieve something, he asked if I had a generator, I said yes, he stated your lucky to run your generator to utilize my air conditioners. I said what do you mean, I am running my a/c off the 30 amp plug in. He had his trailer plugged in, but had no electricity. I went over and helped him diagnose what was going on. He had rented the trailer through outdoorsy, so he was new to all of this. Long story short, he did not have a surge protector, I had a spare progressive industries surge protector. We unplugged his trailer, plugged in the protector and it lit up light a Christmas tree. The plug was wired completely wrong, reverse polarity, etc. Basically the young man fried the mother board in his rented rig, inside the trailer the electrical was acting very poorly and flat out I told him not to plug the rig in for the safety of his family. He moved sites tried it again, everything was cooked. He did report it to the management. You would think they would lock out, tag out that spot knowing that the electrical was messed up. Oh know, about 5 hrs later another really nice motor home pulls in, just as I saw him pulling out his cord to plug in I jumped up and went out and let him know about the electrical issues with in that spot. He thanked me so very much. It's amazing how many people don't use a surge protector prior to plugging in to ensure they have safe electrical prior to frying their mother boards. Spend money to save money folks! The other issue I had, was when I went to dump my rv at their dump site, the tank was full, brown water at the lip of the rim. Unacceptable. If you offer RV dump service then make sure the service is available. If you can't be responsible enough to protect a patron from ruining their RV because of your poor electrical service on your property, then I can't recommend your facility and or ever come back to your camp ground ever again. Shame on you!

Great spot. Campsite was good, the restrooms were always clean. Now the showers, on the other hand, only two were working as far as having hot water, the tokens machines were not always working but I blame the campers on that. Overall, would I go back maybe depending on if we couldn't find another campground. Staff was great #1.

A great place! Centrally located to all the best fishing! Clean campgrounds. They could however, not run mowers and weed whackers at 7am! And the golf course seems to run their mowers at the crack of dawn right next to the campground. Maybe start on the other side of the golf course? I promise you won’t wake the cows up!

Show up and book a spot. 10 dollars per day for an extra car (or we can store for 5/day if you're long term hooray) what a rip off. On top of this, no sewer connection. Ok there's a dump station! Just kidding.it's full. And also costs money even with the overblown cost to stay here. Want a shower? Oh that costs money too. Even after paying. This place will MILK you of money. Worst campground/RV place we have visited in the last two years. We live full time in our RV. Don't bother coming here. Go to any other one nearby, even less pretty ones. Never coming back.

This not a hotel. It is a camp site for tenters and a
RVs. Pretty place and near main street and next door to a golf course.

Fantastic view! Big plus - this RV park has memorabilia exhibits. On the other hand, you have to buy tokens to use the shower hot water. $2 for 7 minutes. On the other, other hand, the park store has an ice cream counter and a variety of pies by the slice. All in all, balances out.
