I had the pleasure of working with David Treadwell on our new home adventure. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. He helped us find our perfect home and could not be more great full for him. If you are looking to buy or sell your home do not hesitate to call David he is the best!

Very easy to get things done here. David makes it easy to sell your home quick and paperwork is a breeze. Would highly recommend.

David Treadwell was the realtor for a client of his that we moved. This was our first time meeting and working with David. I am a Mover and am blessed to have a handful or Realtors that recommend my moving services. But I must say, David was right there helping his client every step of the way. Some clients need more hand holding and guidance than others, and David went over and above what I think most Realtors would have done to make certain his client was taken care of.
I would recommend David Treadwell without hesitation.

David was a true professional agent. Knowledgeable, consistent and he really showed incredible patience as this was a lengthy transaction! I would love to work with David again!

Spoke with Gregory Treadwell Thursday, he said he would go speak with my estranged wife at our home Friday, called him on Monday, he told me that he drove by the house but didn't speak with my wife. I asked why he didn't go up to the house and he said well if you must know I needed to take my wife to the doctor's, which makes no sense at all, so basically doesn't do what he says he's going to do and then throws it back on you stating, if I'm going to be argumentative, at that point I cut him off and told him that he was lost, hung up and started looking for a realtor that you can count on. Where that is I'll probably never know.

Update: I previously left a great review because at the time of writing I thought I had been well served by my agent, David Treadwell. But after moving into the property he sold me, I discovered many serious things that he was negligent in doing to properly represent me in my home purchase. He clearly worked hard to make the sale, but not to ensure that we were making a wise purchase. As soon as escrow closed and he got my good review and put a sign up outside our house, his superficial excellent service ended. I feel sick that my initial review probably brought him business.

I paid full price for the house. The multiple problems with the property that should have been declared by the property owner, my agent David, and the house inspector could have easily been addressed if I had known to ask for appropriate repairs or adequate credit to take care of them myself. Many thousands of dollars (and stress) later, our savings are depleted, we have no money left to furnish the house, do any remodeling or even hire a truck to get our possessions out of storage.

The home inspector David recommended was totally negligent. He missed extensive roof damage and electrical issues that cost us thousands in repairs and were very dangerous (more details below). When I pointed these issues out to David, he was very dismissive and defensive. No apology, suggestions, offer to follow up with the inspector. He wouldnt even agree to consider not using this inspector in the future. And I have no legal recourse.

Furthermore, the floors of the house were seriously and obviously water damaged in multiple areas. We were purchasing from out of town and needed David to be proactive in alerting us to anything that we might have missed when viewing the fully furnished property. He says he conducted a final agent inspection which I trustingly signed, but he didn't let us know about the water damage.

Nor did he mention that there were no fire extinguishers. And additional required smoke alarms and broken bathroom fans were not installed, although he had assured us that the owner would do so.
There was no follow up or disclosure on his part. I have no way of knowing he even made the inspection at all. At the very least, he should have advised us to come check the place ourselves before signing close of escrow papers and transferring payment.

David did not ensure that the property was vacant. The seller was still moving out several days after escrow closed, and was at the house when I made my first visit. If it had been my move day, it would have been a real problem. As it was, I risked liability if the seller or movers had injured themselves on what was now my property.

And the house was left FILTHY. Deep grime, grease and stink. David should have suggested that we ask for the seller to leave the house clean and vacant as a condition of sale. We didn't know any better to make that adjustment to our offer.

There's so much more more, but no room to post it all. This has been a difficult experience that could have been a simple one. Beware.

David Treadwell is my realtor whom I met through my Sister in Law. And from there on he was very anxious to find me a home that caters to my needs and a house that is affordable. It took some time for final closure but he was always there to provide me updates whether good or bad. David is a very straight forward guy and works by the book. Very friendly & pleasant to talk to. Thank very much David for all your hard work.

I had the opportunity to buy 2 lots last month- it was a total success-
All of these will be not possible without the help of David Treadwell- he is a wonderful person and well experienced on all real state matters. If you are planning to buy a house or a piece of land - please go talk to David Treadwell- or give him a call he will work with you and guide you throughout the entire process.

Great place to do business! We worked with David Treadwell to find and buy our first home. He made the process easy and set up alerts so we knew when new homes would be available. He worked with our schedules for viewings as well. When we finally found the home for us, he explained how it would all work and got it done for us at the best price with the best options.

If I could I would give David Treadwell a 10 star rating. I was not in a good place, lost my twin brother to COVID and 6 months later lost my husband to cancer. David took over for me and with a lot of patience and know how made the sale and close of escrow possible. I would HIGHLY recommend to buyers and sellers of real estate to use his services.

David Treadwell made sure every stage of my purchase was in my best interest. He was very patient with the time it took for the right property to come along, and he took the time to explain any needed clarifications.
