I walked in looking for help with a commercial lock. The gentleman gathered my info, then said I would receive a call for scheduling. Debbie called as I drove off the lot to schedule service, then Joe showed up to re-key and replace locks - all within 2-hours (might’ve been less). Felt like the Daytona 500 and getting tires swapped out. Great experience - thank you.
Brucar just came to replace our front door lock. The service was great and frankly the locksmith, Matt, took the time to explain everything they were doing and kept me in the loop about pricing. He was fantastic & no surprises with the price. I would highly recommend using Brucar.
Called Brucar on a Saturday morning and Joe called me back less than 2 hours later. Explained the situation (locked out of motorhome) and he asked when would be a good time to come over. Frankie was there right on time at 1pm, had the door unlocked within 2 minutes and then made copies of all my keys. Will definitely call them again for my locksmith needs. Thank you!
I brought in a key to have duplicated and had the blank to cut. They "couldn't cut a key for me because it's not one they sold me for over $200. It's cheaper at the dealership. They could have just cut the key for me and made some money, in a few minutes, instead of trying to scam me out of hundreds. I even told them i wouldn't hokd them responsible if the key didn't work for some reason, to avoid liability. They just want to rip you off, only helping you if you buy i blank from THEM. For way more then an actual oem key from the manufacturer. I would definitely NOT recommend going there.
