The bagels may be smaller then they used to be and cost more, but they still taste as good.

Had the pleasure of arguing with “Jonathan” because they skipped me in line and apparently I’m not allowed to speak up. The service at this location has been terrible for years! I wish there was another fresh bagel spot in Tustin. I’d never go back here! Screw you Jonathan!

My son and I eat here regularly for breakfast. There's a morning rush but there plenty of friendly staff members to handle the bustling rush. The options of healthy choices to regular options are too many to name. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors options of high chairs for the kiddos. There app is very useful for curbside pickup or even regular ordering. There app is a point based system with plenty of free promotional rewards such as free breakfast or beverage. One thing that makes this place really stand out is the staff there exceptional.

This place is always busy. Good bagels and they are efficient and get your order right. But there's always a lot of people in here - good for them, not always great for me as a customer.

I will never come to this location again. And you shouldn’t either. They normally barely toast it (so it’s cold), and if you ask for them to toast more they WILL burn it. They cannot properly make a good bagel. Go somewhere else.

My Story:
I have been coming to Bruggers bagels for YEARS. Since I was a kid. They used to be amazing, the employees used to recognize me. Lately (within the last 2 years), the new employees have undertoasted my bagel to the point that it’s cold. After going 20+ times and getting a cold bagel, I finally ordered my bagel differently. I said “Extra toasted”. They made me a fully burned bagel. I asked politely for them to remake it, and they gave me the 2 bagels pictured, FULLY BURNED.

After 19 years of going to this bagel place, they will be loosing me as a customer. This is the most angry I have ever been about having to stop going to a restaurant. It’s absolutely ridiculous how far they’ve fallen. You’re a bagel place that can’t toast a bagel without burning it. Please be better.

This boy who was really kind and gave good customer service help me today. I asked for his name which was Kevin. He made my sandwich which was the western, probably the best breakfast sandwich I’ve tried. Also one of the female managers had a great attitude and was really quick

Delicious and quick, had a sausage, egg and cheese bagel. Best toasted Everything bagel we've had for awhile.

I am a big Brueggers bagel fan. I come to the Santa Ana location every so often.but always have a great experience here.great bagels.great coffee.and excellent customer service.

My second Office, this is without a doubt a great place to enjoy a fresh brewed cup of coffee, their bagels are delicious, the personnel is fantastic, thanks Blanca, Carlos, Pedro, Juanito, and the management for always making me feel at home.if you want to try a delicious bagel, come visit them

I hate to say anything bad about a place the staff works very hard. The food and coffee were good. Soooo and very busy. If I only had more $$$$

Sausage egg and cheese sandwich with no sausage.
Toasted bagel with burnt edges and hardly any cream cheese.
I’m so tired of less than acceptable food being delivered because there’s no accountability with having customers come in face to face. The quality of the food should be the same delivered as if I went in and ordered it in person.

Bagels were nice, fresh, and cooked well. Would've been 4 stars but 4 employees were working on one large order and nobody greeted us, informed us it would be a few minutes, or anything. Just us and 10 other people held up in a line waiting for one of the many employees to assist. Manager should've delegated their workforce more efficiently.

With the exception of a couple of staff here, i do think that they could work on being friendlier sometimes. I love the breakfast western bagel, and anything else I've tried has been good. So 3 stars for good food, but I dock off 2 stars because (some of) the staff could improve, and mainly because anytime I call to order ahead, they rarely answer, I need to call various times before they do.

This was the first visit here and was not sold. Good selection of Bagels, missing the wow factor of other bagel establishments. No combo or in order to get a combo it would cost a lot extra.

Table was not clean, don’t normally point that out, with in dining just opened I was surprised at this.

Parking outside was good and wait time, none.

Overall, won’t go back as there is closer bagel locations to the house, was trying to see the results and was not sold as I said above.
