Great local place. Best bagels this side of NYC. Breakfast sandwiches are done nicely. Staff here are friendly and kind. Great way to start your morning!

Richard the manager is a Karen. Continually disrespecting and acting dumb to not give legitimate unexpired free Items based upon rewards. Corporate, Fire him! Everyone else has been very nice for years!

It’s gotten respectful, just they never ask about rewards. It’s the age of who has the best reward program. Food is Delish!

Well I have such a great experience at all Brueggers bagel locations.this particular location in Mission Viejo.they are always smiling with happy good mornings waiting for you. Hazlenut coffee is always amazing and the Rosemary Olive Oil Bagel is always delicious.you'll never go wrong with this location.

Staff is great here, they definitely know their customers and are quick to fill the orders.

Yum! Yum. I cannot recommend Western Bagel enough. Yum yum. Sorry, no picture, too late, it's in my belly.

Bagels are amazing. I came in early in the morning and ordered a blueberry bagel with cream cheese. It was tender, chewy, and flavorful.

The cinnamon sugar bagel heated up was amazing, and I also enjoyed a scrumptious ham egg and cheese on everything bagel. Good easy quick breakfast spot in Ladera Ranch, California.
4 star because they were out out a creamer and the dark roast coffee, so had to choose alternatives. It was a little tight and busy inside but the food was great. Next time I might just order to go. Pricing is about $3 for a bagel or coffee and about $8 for a breakfast sandwich.

It's a great place for bagels and I go so much, they see my face and know what I usually get. The only reason it's not five stars is that I felt very rushed the first few times I went in but otherwise I like it.

This is sad to say but this used to be our go-to bagel place bc we like it being close to home and also to support Ladera but after so many failed visits after the years we gave up.

Ice cold cement cream cheese as if it was just taken out of the freezer, and lack of consistency with the food has left us going elsewhere. The bagels sometimes are fully seasoned, other times nothing on them… toasted sometimes, burnt others, heaps of cream cheese, other times they seemingly forget to put any one.

The ladies that work there are amazing however. Just a shame that it’s gone so downhill in the last years. I suspect a change of ownership has led to this.
