Brusie took good care of us. They were very compassionate and understanding. They answered all of our questions. They made all of the arrangements needed took all of stress off of us. We were very grateful for them.

Lindsay and staff were very helpful and professional during our family's difficult time. She walked us through the whole process so we knew exactly what to expect before and after the funeral services. She took care of everything she was able and made it less stressful for us. Brusie funeral home is always very caring and helpful, my parents grew up living in the Chico area, as I have as well, so there have been multiple occasions throughout the decades Brusie Funeral Home helped with our family members. And this summer when my mom passed knowing their reputation of course we called them to handle the process and it was no exception they were very caring and explained the entire process and followed-up with us in a timely manner. It didn't matter who you spoke to they were all very friendly and helpful.

I went to Brusie on the recommendation of the nursing home my mother was in. I wanted to prepay for her cremation. It was a horrible experience that I never want to go through again. I was constantly being given a sales pitch to spend more money and felt humiliated when I left. When I picked up the ashes it was like I showed up at the Neal Rd.landfill. People need to know just how badly they are treated when all they want is a simple cremation.
