Nice spot to go to. Ordered me a kid's meal it was enough for an adult. Great customer service.

Delicious as always. The chili honey is fantastic with the fries, the original, and with everything.

We all know the food at Bruxie has always been really good. When you need some comfort food, it's hard to beat. It's delicious, it's filling, and it's fast.

But what sets this place apart is the service, especially when it comes to the general manager at this location. When we expressed our disappointment about the removal of the mushroom and goat cheese waffle from the menu (which is already extremely limited for vegetarians), the GM truly went above and beyond. If you're a customer, that should be enough; the rest of the review is really for Bruxie management.

Not only did the GM explain how others had complained and why he would again be speaking with his boss about our complaint; not only did he detail the context behind the item's removal and that he was already taking steps to serve it again and what day we should come back to order it (to help prove to management that it or at least some vegetarian option should be on the menu) ; not only through all this did he listen openly, speak candidly, and even provide us his phone number so we could check in on our complaint; but he went even further by immediately going to speak with the kitchen staff to see if there was anything else they could use to make us a savory vegetarian waffle. And while they didn't have all of the ingredients, they did still have most, and the GM came out to our table to let us know something close to the item could be made specially for us. On top of all this, I made a mistake ordering something with cream (I can only have small amounts of lactose), and he didn't miss a beat when I had to send it back to be remade.

He didn't try to simply placate us with promises — he followed through with actions to show us he meant what he said. He treated us like people instead of some annoyance, while also demonstrating his self-respect by remaining calm, kind, and professional when faced with a complaint. His goal is very clearly to do what's right by balancing the customer's input, the financial health of the company, and the overall quality and appeal of the menu, and he demonstrated his ability to navigate these muddy waters and find solutions to problems without clear answers.

Bruxie: you're doing something right to have hired this GM. He earned two loyal customers who were close to not returning (at least not even close to as frequently) and he also earned this review. Keep hiring people like this, and promote this man at the first opportunity you get.

This ace was so delicious, nice and had great service. Me and my family went after the Harvest Crusade and tried this little place out.

I like a good waffle and I was hoping that Bruxie had some. They did NOT disappoint! Everything was great!

If I'm out in that area again, I'm heading back!

This place is good but I had a terrible experience at this location. I have been on hold for 20 min trying to contact the location and speak with them and come to a resolution.

The food took FOREVERRRRRR but it was okay very crispy this is my opinion and the cups could’ve been stronger

It was delicious. I really love the Nutella waffle. They have good shakes. I really enjoy the cookies n cream shake.

The chicken and waffles are amazing and a standout! Everyone at my table loved it and wished they ordered it. It was served with a nice little bottle of VT maple syrup. This location has open outdoor seating with shade and mist.

Been coming to this bruxie location on and off since this location opened. Been a long spell since last visit. Sadly most chains can't just stick to make them good, in my opinion. I miss the peanut butter chocolate milkshake

This place is pretty mid, i tried the chicken and waffle sandwich, interesting combo, but not too bad.the sandwich overall was okay, but the sauce made the waffle and chicken quite soggy.i dont know about any other items on the menu, but if you come for the waffle sandwich, i would say that i wasnt satisfied.probably wont be coming back.

We got the chicken and waffles and the holy chicken sandwich. Both were delicious! I loved the cute little bottle of syrup you get with the chicken and waffles. Definitely our new favorite chicken and waffles place!

Upon entering the staff were super friendly and helpful. The waffles are delicious- light, airy and perfectly crispy. I got the strawberries and whipped cream waffle and loved it. Also, they have misters all around to help you cool off as the summer hear rolls in. Definitely give this place a shot and be sure to try the strawberry lemonade.

I enjoy the food at Bruxie and would normally leave a high rating. However, my last experience there I saw their "food expediter" (guy who brings food to the table) take out the trash, only put on some hand sanitizer, and then deliver food immediately after.

It is an absolute MINIMUM standard of food safety to wash your hands regularly- especially after touching trash. Completely unacceptable. Zero stars if I could!

The host was super friendly and I tried the fingers and fries kickin hot. If you don't do spicy don't try them. But it was a nice and smoky spicy

Food was great (especially the desert). Parking was a little rough, but once we found a spot we had a great time
