Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. reviews
9Leuk en lekker. Precies zoals Forrest Gump al zei "life is like a box of chocolates. "
Food is good but because of the movie, you would think that this is the shrimp place but isn't, it's just a hand full of breading varieties of fried shrimp. They should travel to places like Brazil and learn all the things you can do with shrimp. And is overpriced for what it's served.
With the amount of traffic coming in and out, I expected the food to subpar and lacking care; but I couldn’t been more wrong. The traffic shouldn’t been a deterence, but something like an attraction. Without it, I might not have tried the amazing foodl, amazing drinks, and amazing atmosphere.
We got idk some shrimp forgot what they were called but they were super small and like 35 dollars. It’s just a tourist trap that capitalizes on the movie don’t try it. Staff was nice and everything, it was super cold and windy so we decided to go in and get away from it (that’s why two stars not one).
They have ruined the Jambalaya, it was taken off the menu during the pandemic.big chunks of sausage, chicken and shrimp and now it's blended. It's just rice and shrimp. This is not what Bubba Gump is about
Food was fast, sever was awesome, portions were large and tasted great, and the price was reasonable considering other local options. Definitely worth checking out
The 1 lbs Shrimp in butter and garlic with Cajun sauce, and the Ribeye steak and grilled shrimp was fantastic.
The wait time to get a table was an hour. This is despite the fact there were several open tables.
Once in, the service, atmosphere and the food were good. Though thanks to the excessive wait the food filled a very hungry void.
Got the chicken tenders for an appetizer and then some shrimp and truly was a great pleasurable experience. Friend of mine recommended me and truly am happy I went. Parking is kind of hard to come by, had to park across the street in the garage, but it didn’t take away from the experience. Also got some hoodies that are quite comfortable so definitely happy with the experience. Keep up the good work!
