Not as busy, which is what I like about it. Unfortunately no free wipes like other car washes. You'll need to wipe down your car after. Good thing I got a microfiber cloth with me in the car always, cuz you'd have to go to a vending machine for those wipes. Overall, it's pretty good

Took my van in for a wash! Big mistake as there car wash put a big dent the top of my van and also scratched it! Went back and filled out accident report! Was advise manager will review camera to see if damage was there prior to the wash.talked to the manager name Enrique and he denied that there car wash will not do any damage.he refused to even check cameras because he claims there car wash will not damage any car so there's no need to check cameras. There is a camera pointing right at your car once you first enter the wash and cameras all over the facility! I will be taking them to court. My van is brand new and dont have any damages prior to this wash! Don't ever go here for any business!

Place says all sales are final but they don't have a sign or anything communicating that. Bought a usb cord and they wouldn't exchange it or allow me to return it. Horrible customer service and misleading. F this place

I like this car wash, its local and convenient, the kids who work there are very professional and nice, overall the facility is kept clean and there is plenty of space early mornings:)

I went the other night around 5: 30pm Jan 21st and I made my purchase and I thought the employee asked if I had change as my total came out to $10.11. Most stores ask if you have the change if its a small amount now a days so I told him no. Than I waited for my change that never came. I than said where my change was and he said I asked if you didn't want it. It was 89 cents, almost a dollar. Who the hell would ask the customer if didn't want 89 cents back? A homeless person, a criminal? I could completely understand if it was say 5 cents, or maybe even 11 cents, but 89 cents? I really hope this employee isn't fired as I feel, and this is just and educated guess, they might go back to their life of crime without working at Bubble Clean, which obviously has no problem hiring people off the street with no common sense or education. From now on, I guess I will be paying with my card every time I go back as I really don't want to get unnecessarily frustrated like the last time.
I'd like to edit my review once again for terrible service. My 2 nephews went the other day around 5pm (5pm seems to be the magic number the most honest-thoughtful workers seem to be working at that time) purchase about 10 things, sodas, chips and what not. The 2 gentlemen working pushed the items to them for them to carry. No bags. They came out laughing and with both arms filled. I asked them what happened and they said they were being stingy with the bags.completely ridiculous. Funny as hell, but how cheap are you guys, really? First trying to ask if I wanted my 89 cents and no bags for arms full of items? What a joke.
UPDATE to 5 stars THEY LISTENED, completely professional place of business again. I think I struck a cord with my review and around 2 months after posting some new employee came in and did everything I complained about them not doing, and did it! 5 star service, 5 star customer treatment. Haven't tried their car wash but who cares, they are professionals again, good job management!

Went thru carwash and came out with a flat tire: (machine's are rough and aggressive, told manager about issue and he said he'll call me in morning. Never heard from him ever since.
