Bubblemania and Company, Los Angeles CA

The entertainer was rude, attended summer park event in Whitter Park yesterday. The female entertainer was rude with the kids and appeared stressed out. I asked if my child can use one of the wands she responded that she was cleaning up and that she gets paid by the hour. When. She was cleaning up 30 mins prior to her ending time. She denied kids and her tone was cold. I think when you signed up for job dealing with kids you should know how to deal with kids, be nice and sensitive. She was also over heard saying that it was 6th event that day and that she was over worked. I will also make an official complaint with the LA County so they can reallley think about who they contract for these events. She was paid for two hours and kids were allowed to play for 1hr. 1/2,30 mins was her cleaning up.

Booked them for June 5 two weeks ahead of time, they called day before to confirm date and time. The day of the event I call the lady and she day she was removed from this show after calling the office which take forever to answer they sat sorry and that they did a mistake and have no one to send maybe in an hour, normally I would except mistakes but in this case I just think they had better place to be and they forgot to cancel me (which the guy say that he forgot to call me/ means it was not a mistake) and just DIDN'T SHOW, otherwise I have no other way to explain because they called to confirm! My son was expecting this big bubble so much! They left us at school waiting and truly ruined my 3 yo birthday. Yes, they offer free show.but one star review everywhere I can just feel much better. They may be good at bubbles IF THEY SHOWUP!

We booked them for my son’s birthday party at his school. Johnny was our Bubbleologist and was a whole lot of fun! He was very entertaining, engaging and just overall great with the kids. They all had a blast! Bubblemania is easy to work with and I highly recommend them for your kid’s party!
