Always a good solution for hungry folks during the holiday season! 4.4 of 5. Great service and remarkably fast to go service.

On the way through wasn't super hungry, but ordered the Chipotle Border Buck and it absolutely filled me up only with a half sandwich. Had the other half for lunch the next day and it hit just as hard, but was just as good.

After ordering online and showing up at the window right at the pickup time, I was told my order wasn’t ready yet and it would be another couple of minutes. My food ended up being almost 30 minutes late. I’m sure they are short on staff like everyone else. Next time, just give a realistic estimate or a refund or something. At least the food was ok.

Roadhouse salad add tri tip medium rare and the tri tip sandwich hit the spot. So did the Buck Tiki, Triple B, and Blackberry Lemon Drop!

We found this place on a whim and boy we struck gold everything was great I wish they had one of these places closer to my house.

The meats are properly prepared and cooked to your requirements and they have multiple sauces to add if you prefer. A full bar complements your dining experience.

It does get busy sometimes but I haven't had a bad experience here yet. The food preparation here is consistent so there isn't too big of a difference in quality from one visit to the next. Some may find the food to be a little to the salty side but it's fine for me. I enjoy most of the meats although I typically mix allot of BBQ sauce in with the pulled pork. The steak salad is really good when you are trying to eat a bit more healthy. Several of the sides are also surprisingly good such as the granny apple slaw, mac & cheese and the red mashers & gravy. The broccoli salad has raisins in it and is good as well.

I usually don't do reviews but this place is not good, if you know what good BBQ is please take your money somewhere else.
The ribs was nasty/ sauce was dry and spicy.   BBQ chicken taste cheap with water down BBQ sauce.  ?
The corn bread was OK you can't mess that up lol. Customer service sucks.
FIRST AND LAST!   

Food was good and service was good! Ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich, Cesare Platter, Brisket Yips and Stesk Platter. All was good.

Customer service:

Greated with a subpar welcome. I was told they could help me at their cash register with zero enthusiasm. Considering I was the only one in line and about to spend a ton, the welcome could have been better.

Asked if a half chicken came on the two meat combo, their response: I think so. No attempt to find out.

I asked them to put the football game on one of their 3 TV screens that were all turned off. Was told, oh I don't know how to do that. Had to go to what seemed to be the shift leader to get a TV turned on.

Food Quality

Food was served cold.
My personal preference is for yellow Mac and cheese not white.

Their to go family deal was.freat. Food was good. We waited at the bar and the food was ready halfway through my drink. Really fast and great service.

The food is ok, but what upsets me is I called at 530 to place an order and the young lady put me on hold and left me there. That was rude and there is no excuse for treating customers this way. Still on hold 546, she had no intentions on taking my call. Don't ask if you are going to leave me on hold until I decide to hang up.happy birthday to me.

The tri-tip here is exceptional the other menu options are probably not worthwhile in my opinion especially chicken it seems like they understand steak and tri-tip but not much else. The staff could use a little additional training in regards to customer service and the ability to be friendly and anticipate needs.

Came in late after shopping at Vacavill (about 50minish before closing). Ordered two steak meals to go one for me one for my buddy. First they forgot my meal (yes I paid for it). I had to get someone to check and they admit forgetting it and I got the meal right before closing. Then I went home realizing that they mixed up my order and my buddy's order I ordered NY steak with coleslaw and roll while my buddy got fries and corn bread. On top of that they did not even give me the coleslaw that I paid for and got my buddy's steak well done while we both ordered mediem rare. I use to love this place but after this I am not going back again. What a ripoff like they did not give food that I ordered and I paid for if I had not checked then they probrably would just close and forget about my order. One star!

Tri tip sandwiches were great. Only issue was the toasted roll was very dry.like it was old. This is the second time we've experienced this.

Terrible value and very disappointing quality. 30$ for half rack of ribs and two tiny sides. Will not be eating here again

This was my first time here. Overall I liked the restaurant and the food quality. I ended up ordering Tri-tip and pulled pork. Tri tip was amazing and loved it. I didn’t like pulled pork and ended up leaving it.

Had the four person feast, turned out great for us. Plenty of food, unfortunately no ribs due to CA's new law on the humane treatment of pigs. So we were at least able to get the pulled pork and doubled up on the Tri tip which everyone devoured.

Stopped for dinner on Saturday evening pretty busy but got a table pretty quickly easy to order and are dinner was served within 10 minutes food was very good very flavorful they could work on the condiments overall good place for dinner
