The whole process, from Alex helping me figure out what would be best, to Josh and Trevor installing my coverings, was the best customer service I’ve experienced in ages! Budget Blinds rocked this one!

All I can say is Wow! I am thrilled with my new blinds. What a complete difference the quality and look of the blinds make in my home! Alex did a great job helping me make my selections and measured them perfectly. Then Trevor came over exactly on time and did the install. He took the time to make sure they looked perfect and was so pleasant to talk with as well! He even helped me take a few other screws out of the wall! Over and above customer service for sure by both Trevor and Alex!

Trevor and Josh from the Loomis store arrived promptly at the start of my install time and were finished in 15 min for my 6 cellular shade window coverings. So fast and efficient! I appreciated them wearing booties too. Very considerate! They explained how to detach the blinds for me for window cleaning too which was helpful. Highly recommend Budget Blinds!
