8 2nd time I've gone there and they don't have a similar car like I rented.
Luckily the sales person had another location drive one over.
We were very happy with the way that they treated us! The car was very nice with the cruise control! It made it easier to get from place to place! Thank you so much for the use of one of your cars!
To go from Sacramento to Portola we rented a car from this company and everything went well. The car was an impeccable Toyota Corolla that drove wonderfully and we were completely satisfied. And it was one of the cheap ones, there were Mustangs, huge trucks, luxury cars, sports cars, etc. They are AVIS dealers and well located.
Friendly and helpful staff. Busy location with a moderate selection. Car was clean and spotless.
So impressed with the gentleman here. He honored a reservation I accidentally made for a different location and gave me an all wheel drive AND info on how to check roads for safety. Awesome service. Thanks!

Great rates, Fast staff and accommodating. No waiting, on pick up or drop off. Rented a Toyota 4 runner, unlimited miles and only cost $56/day. I will definitely be coming back.
In December 2022 in the middle of the caos at SMF you still find people like Steve at the 16th street branch willing to bend over backwards and help.
