We had a great over night stay clean pet friendly and quiet we sleep great and felt safe and comfortable stores and other convenience's are everywhere and it's just a nice place to get a great night's sleep definitely recommend and we will be staying here again thank you Dan for a great night's rest

Very intense bed bug infestation.
All 3 of us were severely attacked!
I tried to tell the woman at the front desk and she said “Go tell the maid” I replied “that is not something the maid can fix you need a professional exterminator” She was very dismissive and unconcerned.

This place is great. You are going to want to stay here. So clean and the lady was so nice. Everything was so clean. Best hotel

Room was best in the area for the price! All was great until i woke up and the maid was having a cig outside my door perched in a chair waiting for us to leave at 9: 30am.and stayed there till we left at 1059!

When you book a hotel like this you know that you are not getting the Bellagio. You just hope that you're not also getting the Bates motel. I was surprisingly pleased with the room. It was clean. The towels were really clean. The shower worked. The couple that ran the place was very nice. I would definitely come back.

Grounds were clean, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Can't ask for much more than that.

Absolutely would stay here again, the lady at the desk was super nice and even called us to let us know our parking lights were staying on.saves us a battery.

The room was okay. Not worth 70 bucks for the night, but it was cheaper than the others nearby.

The towels and bedsheets have disgusting stains on them. The furniture too had stains on upholstery. There was only 1 outlet in the whole bedroom to plug your stuff into. The a.c. Worked nicely but was super loud. The people who were next to me were loud too, though that's not the hotel's fault so much. Overall it was okay, but I slept in my clothes because of disgusting sheets.

Everywhere else in needles/Laughlin area was either packed or way too expensive. Came across this place, and yes price is much lower. It did have a strange smell, but for one night for two travelers was not bad at all. I would go again, it's more for people who are just traveling or need a quick place to go to sleep.

I got 2 dozen spider bites in bed the night I stayed there. Avoid this place at all costs. The property is also outdated and run down, as was the room. There are other places in Needles for the same price where you won't have this kind of bad experience
