PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I WAS ROBBED OF MANY OF MY BELONGINGS. THEY STOLE FOOD BAGS OF NEW TOWELS. FUNITURE. THEY BROKEN MANY ITEMS AND BROKEN FUNITURE AND HIDE IT WHEN SETTING IT UP. YOU DONT REALIZE IT UNTIL YOU MOVE THE FUNITURE LATER. THESE GUYS WERE WELL PAID PLUS HUGE TIP EACH. THEY AreNOT PROFESSIONALS AND THEY RENT TRUCKS AND FIND PEOPLE HOMELESS PEOPLE TO MOVE YOUR FUNITURE. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PEOPLE STAY A. W. A. Y!

These guys were excellent movers! I moved out of my third floor apartment in a building with no elevators and they had my entire unit cleared in just over an hour. They wrapped or padded all my furniture, and as far as I can tell none of it was damaged (besides a small ding or two on my bed frame — it happens, moving is tough and my apartment is quite small!) They even helped move some miscellaneous unboxed items I had planned on taking myself. I absolutely plan on hiring them again for my next move. Thank you Pat!

Booking jobs all over the states and can’t make it to customers I contacted us to pick up his job from Las Vegas which he couldn’t make it promises the customer all kind of things and then lied to her and told her his truck got stock called me and asked me to pick up the job for him and promised me all kind of jobs in the future after I picked up the job and put it storage he said he can’t even make the delivery and he don’t want to deal with job so now everything is on me he (STEVE) ignore my calls and when I called few days ago he just answered and hang up the phone on me! I will report this guy and his company for booking jobs and can’t make it to the customers! He’s operating as a broker which he not license for it SO BE CARFUL BOOKING JOBS WITH AFFORDABLE BUDGETS MOVING!

DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS. THEY ARE NOT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THEY RENT TRUCKS AND FIND GUYS OFF THE STREETS MOSTLY HOMELESS PEOPLE. THEY STOLE MANY ITEMS AND HAD BROKEN SO MANY THINGS AND WILL HIDE IT BY STORING THEM IN PLACE. THEY HAD EATEN OUR FOOD WITHOUT ASKING AND TAKEN SOME ALONG WITH THEM. DO. NOT. HIRE. THESE. THEIVES. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR KINDNESS FOR GRANTED AND STEAL YOUR THINGS. HAD NO REMORSE EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE TIPPED VERY WELL!

So my boyfriend and I booked with this company and scheduled the move for Friday 5/14/21. I was very excited and ready to get things done. While scheduling, Steve asked us to text him our date, time and size to confirm booking and made it seem as if that was all we needed to do. We scheduled for 4: 30 pm. Fast forward to Friday, about an hour before the scheduled moving date, I called Steve to give him my personal cell number to contact as my boyfriend was at work. Upon calling, Steve answers and tells me that he does not have us booked and asked me to send my boyfriends number and email to him so that he can “double check”. We end the call and I don’t receive a call back, so I call him again. He then says that we never confirmed our booking. It was definitely terrible communication on his part, but he agreed to move us the next day at 9-10 am so I decided to give him another chance. 9: 30 am comes and I text Steve to ask if he is on his way. He doesn’t respond. 9: 45
am comes with no respond so my boyfriend calls him. He answers and says “I can’t come until Tuesday, didn’t I call you guys last night”? We never received a call from him. He then proceeds to tell us that we can call him back to schedule or go with two men and a truck. I am beyond glad that our lease for this apartment that we are leaving doesn’t end today or we’d be completely messed up. I’d rather pay more for good customer service and quality. Don’t waste your time and money, especially if you are on a tight schedule.

Update: I texted him providing feedback on his customer service and he responded by threatening to take me to court! I read older reviews and I guess that’s just what he does to customers/potential customers after he messes them over.

I called Steve to confirm the next day move at 10am, he cancelled, stated he "lost a driver" and recommended 2Men in a Truck or Craigslist?

Horrible customer service.

I scheduled a move on 3/29 for 5/1. Called back 4/20 to change the date, which I was told I could do if I sent a text with updated information. Not one time was a confirmation text sent to me. So I called again on 4/27 to confirm. Still had an agreement but told to send a text. Then on 4/28 I called more than 5 times, once I got answer, I was told they did not have availability on 4/29, so I reminded him that I already was told I would be rescheduled, again I was told to leave a text message. I called again that night to confirm, and no answer. So I thankfully found another company called ANYTIME MOVERS LLC and they were able to take my last minute move the next morning without hesitation and amazing customer service. On 4/30, right when I turned in The keys after 5pm, Steve finally called me back, but he was confirming to move me on 5/1 instead of the verbally agreed change for 4/29. This was the worst situation! It caused me a lot of stress and I would never recommend this company.

When you call, the voicemail tells you to send a TEXT but they never respond to them. So good luck for you to get a successful move from this company.

I moved locally and I had a very positive experience with the movers, led by Jamile. The three men crew was professional and organized. They moved me when it was 109 degrees outside and still managed to get the move done quickly. I would highly recommend and use them in the future.

I used Budget movers 2 times now, and they have always been professional and very quick in their move. Steve and his crew are tops. I will be using them again very soon.

Fair price for good move. The price was good and the movers executed a late evening move with efficiency. Steve in particular was easy to negotiate with.
