Disrespectful and very rude. Has his attitude with every client that come in. Not recommend. Just this shop because i go to budget tires in chula vista they have excellent service and great customer service.

Knowledgeable and honest. Took my Hyundai to the Hyundai dealership, they said I had a nail on the side wall and needed a brand new tire. I took it to Budget Tire a month later (after getting fed up with putting air in my tire every 2 days) and they said the nail was on the tred and was patchable. They saved my tire and some hard ache. Will definitely be back for all my tire needs

I have been coming here for years to buy my used tires and have always recommended them to others but after last Friday I will not be returning. My daughter and I went in to get two tires and the guy said he had some good ones in the back they are $45 each mounting and balancing. He said the AC was on in the office but we decided to wait outside. Well we waited outside for like 10-15 minutes and nobody came back out to at least show me the tires which is what they normally do so that I can at least check them out. So we finally went inside to see what was going on plus it was way to hot to wait any longer. Within minutes of sitting down the guy came back inside and gave me the total. He then said everything is all finished we are all ready to go. My daughter and I looked outside as he was saying that we were completely shocked how fast that was since we were literally just out there and saw no one. Well they were obviously waiting for us to go inside so I didn’t get the chance to see the tires they were actually putting on my car. I looked around and the tires looked great tons of tread I was satisfied but little did I know the two tires that they were really put on my car. As I am leaving down the road I started feeling this shake in my steering wheel and my car’s alignment was all messed up pulling hard to the right. I had no issues with my car before getting the tires put on that’s for sure! It was something done wrong there. But I had to pick up my son from school and get my Father in Law to his daily Radiation treatment appointment so I didn’t have time to take it back to see what the heck! I got home and had my Husband check out the tires. He found that both tires had patches on them and were not good tires, they jacked my alignment all up when they were installing the tires as well. He said they hosed me cause I was a female! He said he won’t be allowing me to go alone again so I am not taken advantage of again. Normally I get to see the tires first, this time I didn’t get to see them to say yes or no. Before I knew it they had already put the tires on my car. They had to of put the patches on the bottom when they put the tires on my car. That way when looked at them on my car I wouldn’t see them. I most definitely wouldn’t of bought them had I known they were patched. My car was driving better with the old tires that were on there to begin with if that’s all they had I would of just waited. Now I am out $90, my steering wheel is shaking every where I go and now my alignment is all messed up. My husband is going to move the tires to the back so I can get my kids to and from school safely. So I can also get the Father in law to his Daily Radiation treatment appointments safely. Then on Friday we can go else where to get a set of reliable tires. Now Thanks to them we get to pay for an alignment. I don’t normally write bad reviews, I usually just stop going to the business. But I didn't want anyone else to get hosed like I just did. I’ve been coming here for years and I was even talking to the guy about that too. To be treated liked that after knowing that is complete BS! Time to take my business to an honest reliable company. That won’t leave you feeling so unsafe on the roads after you leave their business. Especially after spending almost $100 and expecting to leave with at least decent safe tires.

Quick, easy and inexpensive. They changed my tire and I was ready to go in less than 10 minutes. This is not the first time I have purchased tires here and this is my go to place when I need used tires.

Use to be a loyal customer but not after today, been going here for years and this is what they pull! Got there in the morning had two tires in the back of my car to get replaced. Guy took them in the back didn’t see him again until I walked in the shop 45 minutes later and he’s behind the computer doing absolutely nothing didn’t tell me it was going to take that long even though it says it should only take 15 minutes while you’re there. Husband gets home and finds out that there are no weights on the tires even though I paid for the service! Called and was basically called a liar. Upon looking at my receipt I was also charged for the removal which they did not have to do since the tires were in the back of my vehicle! Talk about taking advantage of a woman when it comes to cars! So basically in the end my tires were $30 and mounting and putting air in (with no weights or the removal) was $60!? !? Something wrong there!

Always quick to help me with tire needs. The two times I've been to this place I needed an immediate repair to my tire and the workers quickly got the job done. Great work.

Called for tires and gave me a great price. Drove over there and they got on them right away in and out in about 45 mins. Mounting and balancing was free and unlimited tire rotations

This morning I had the best experience ever when I needed to get a tire replaced on my Chevy S10 (1999). Was late for an appointment and made even later by calling half a dozen other guys and getting the run around about prices and trying to sell me more tires. Then I called Budget and spoke to Sergio who was awesome, very pleasant, asked how many tires I needed (1) and if I wanted new or used (used) told me how much and when would I like to have it installed. I told him right now if possible, and he said absolutely come on down now I’ll have the guys waiting for you and sure enough went there straight away and they were all waiting and took care of the tire all within minutes. It was fantastic - that’s the way business should always be done- and at a great price! Thanks guys you made my day!

Bought 6 brand new tires from Sergio in July 2018. Paid to have them all mounted and balanced. Returned a week later because the truck was so awful to drive something wasn’t right. They took two of the six tires off to try and rebalance them. It didn’t work. Went to a second tire shop on October 5,2018 and ended up buying six more new tires to keep the truck on the road with no thanks to the lies and empty promises of Sergio. Each day I was told a different story /excuse. Now he has the tires back and still no refund. However in less than 3 months I have had to purchase two sets of tires. So if you like to spend money or money is no object then shopping at Budget Tire El Cajon might not be an issue for you. However, if you are looking to work with honest people and receive quality products then stay away from this company and Sergio because you won’t find either here.

This place was a life saver. They changed my tires within 10 minutes of my visit! They did an amazing job, gave me 4 new tires at a ridiculously reasonable rate! I am a customer for life! Fast and friendly service at a great price. They put discount tires to shame!

I bought a pair of 255 35 19 used But Farley good condition From budget tire The guys seem really nice and reasonable priced And the only reason why I came here was because it's a couple blocks from my work how convenient was that. Couple weeks later I had a blow out on the freeway. From the tire I just bought from budget So I took my car back they gave me another tire which was and they charged me. The moral of this story is be careful what used tires you buy cars even if you have a blow out you take it back they're still gonna charge you. In my opinion that's unethical it badd business That's the reason for the one star I will never return again

Got referred to Budget Tire years ago and since that time, they have never disappointed. Always fast and fair with positive attitudes, these guys go out of their way to accomodate customers. Unlike competitors, who look for excuses, these guys look for answers. Their service is clearly a step ahead.

Went way out of the normal requests for a wheel to fit my 1966 Mercury Comet Caliente Convertible. Great customer service will definitely recommend this shop to EVERYONE! Whooooooo hoooo.
