Room 301 is next to the street with very audible noise at night.
NO INTERNET as of 3/9 through 3/11 2023. The clerk said they will have it fixed soon - lovely excuse and they didn't say it was a problem before checking in. They even gave me the wifi password - so what.
We were awakened by loud TV and conversation at 4: 30am (2 days in a row) by the adjoining tenants.
I will never stay there again!

It's was ok
Room was clean
Beds were comfortable
If you need a place to rest your head this will work

This place was okay. The people running this motel were super nice. This place was kind of run down but it wasn't a bad place to stay.

NASTY! I reserved a room on 01/24/2023 to stay one night. We arrived late afternoon and checked in, went to Knott's Berry Farm and came back.
The room had cockroaches in it. NASTY!
Had to go to another facility. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The toilet was leaking. They were uninterested in assisting. When they finally arrived to look at the toilet they said - it’s not that bad - just throw some towels on it. What a solution. Here I thought the guests determined inconveniences. The phone was broken. The service was horrible and they would not move us to another room as they said they did not have any. When I called and pretended to want to book a room - miraculously they had one. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I have not one negative thing to say about the staff. They are all super cool. My car actually caught on fire in the parking lot but thank Allah someone came running out with a fire extinguisher and saved the day (and my car). Great prices too.

The room was ok. They never had any water bottles which was very bad. The room was not cleaned everyday. The bedding wasn't changed and no fresh towels provided. The room heater alone functioned well. Had a bad experience with this place.

Been here about 100 nights, the sound doesn't travel through walls, the rooms have a lot of space where you can maneuver freely. The TV channels are awesome, WiFi is quick, the hotel isn't packed with homeless drifters like you see in other hotel a block away. The one thing that bothered me here is the blanket on the bed is super light and I like blankets with some weight to them. Best hotel for the price I have ever seen in Buena Park. Lower middle class or middle class, this is the hotel you should stay in.

Staff is friendly and Rooms are in fair condition not bad for the price however my only concern is not about the cleanliness.
Check out time supposed to be at 11am. It was 8am while i was packing up. Ive overheard near my door in the 3rd floor the Indian lady owner talking outside maybe with a employee. I didn’t want pay any attention to that but I locked the door as soon as i put everything in my car and I decided to go back upstairs to use the bathroom one last time and my key card was rejected obviously it was deactivated. I just wondered how they knew exactly that i was leaving. Maybe they have hidden cameras on the rooms who knows. I decided to give back the key card and the owner just smiled at me. If it wasn’t for that issue i will not have any problems with the Hotel at all because ive been staying here many times before i just don’t like the fact that as soon as i leave and locked the room my key card was deactivated because it was rejected after inserting it again. Are they spying on the guests or how they know because i love privacy which i felt I didn’t have it here.

Fine area. Disgusting filthy rooms. Food on walls, hard cheap bed, floor so repulsive, couldn't take shoes off.

We had a very good experience with this hotel, it was long weekend but they accommodated us in a reasonable price. Front desk ppl are super friendly. Beds are decent size, new tv, well maintained room, Clean bedsheets. Have lot of parking space which is free, nice and secure environment. Overall good experience

Not recommended for families. Rooms were a bit run down. Had to check out same day because of the vibe we got. Front desk were polite and helpful to me though. This is a perfect example of you get what you pay for.

EXCELLENT staff, so friendly and helpful! My room was uber-clean! BUT, unfortunately the furniture was more run-down and in need of repair than I'm used to. So many other good points though.

It is right next to an empty lot where homeless people congregate. The rooms r very run down. The staff understand very little English so it's extremely difficult to communicate with them. The area is quite loud also

This place won't write down your license plate so they can have your car towed away in the morning.
They'll also have a woman come and watch your room from the outside if you leave your door open for to long, that should be a man's job not a lady, it's still odd and shuld'nt be happening.
Make sure you tell them to take down your license plate number, so you can have proof that you can park in there lot when you pay for a room.
I'm the one who recommend the place and had a bad experience the time after.
If your the upper class, don't go here.
Leave it to the ones who are homeless with no car or place to go.

Seemed pretty quiet for a Friday night. Clean rooms, bed was firm, A/C was super cold! Plenty of parking. Very friendly staff. Close to Knott’s Berry Farm. Would definitely stay here again.

No breakfast, no pool, beds comfy. I’ve been in better. For the price which was free due to VOA helping a veteran out, I am very grateful for a place to stay off the street.
