THEY DONT BUY FALSE ADVERTISING AND THEY VERY PICKY SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY ONLY LOOKING FOR CERTAIN ITEMS AND IDK WHAT THAT IS CAUSE I HAD NIKE SHOES AND THEY TOLD ME NO WHEN THEY HAD OLD DUSTY BOOTS THERE WORST AND IN BAD CONDITION MINES CAUSE THE NAME WAS FADING INSIDE ON ONE SHOE BARELY THOUGH

Just like some of the other reviews, this place will totally profile you before they decide if they want to buy any of your clothes or not. I’ve never felt so discriminated against in my life. If you don’t look like them with purple eyeshadow, facial piercings, and rainbow dyed hair they won’t give you the time of day. I brought in tons of authentic never worn vintage band t-shirts, Off White, Forever 21, Zara, Aritzia still with tags. They wanted none of it, what a joke. All the employees have a pretentious attitude like they work at the Louis Vuitton store, when in reality it’s a stinky thrift store on the trashy part of Melrose that profiles their customers.

First time coming here (forgot to post this last week), they pay well, have nice brands, the folks I had were friendly and good clothes meaning not stained ect

I went there in the morning. I was a little early so I waited. They opened the door late after they see me Standing there with a nasty attitude like I was bothering him The other lady Was just the same bad mood. You can avoid this place I recommend you do.

Can't fathom how this place is supposedly about fashion, yet the buyers have no fashion sense or knowledge of fashion labels and trends. I brought in a bag of items including a Jack Spade gray Henley, an OH x Dawn navy blue hoodie, PAM & GELA fatigue jacket, Free People oversized short-sleeved blouse, Rag n Bone sheer silk blouse. All items were in excellent condition and had been cleaned and prepared to sell. I asked one manager where are all the high end items like Gucci, or even Supreme, Allsaints etc. I was told that they don't carry those anymore because no one wants to sell them that stuff because the payout is too low. They don't even have high end items, yet they pass on nice sought after labels/styles. Their racks are full of junk and fillers. I left to go feed the meter. As soon as I walk back into the store, the buyer pulls my bag from behind the counter and hands it back and says "sorry we didn't see anything". They literally didn't even look at my items. I've heard horrible things about this place and that's why I've avoided it for years. How is this place still in business?

I had a great time finding used clothing here! Lots of options available and great customer service for finding certain styles and good fits. Most of the reviews I read are for people getting little money from selling their clothes. I sold some clothes and got what I expected to get for selling used clothing to a used clothing store. I highly recommend talking to the staff as they know what they are doing.

I got a lot of really amazing items here! They have a really great selection. I think it's important to go in with an open mind and really search through the racks. I wanted to give a 5 star review but after returning home with my four bags of clothing, I had to immediately wash them. They smelled strongly of smoke! Which I didn't notice in the shop. Perhaps it's a perfume? Either way, I've had to wash items multiple times to get the smell out.

Terrible service! I went to sell my stuff and the girls, their head it’s terrible attitude, so I end up living without selling them anything.

Accessibility: there is no parking lot specifically for this place, so that already makes it challenging to get here. Once you get onto the sidewalk, the door to enter is a single pull door, and the isles inside the store are a little tight. The changing rooms to try things on are also too small and don't have seating. These are the reasons for 4 out of 5 stars.

Experience: there was one male employee who was super friendly here, and I found a shirt I liked and bought. Everything is fairly priced for LA standards, but still expensive for a broke San Diego person like me, LOL. One shirt cost 18 dollars.

This Buffalo is packed with clothes and shoes. Some of the pricing is expensive and then some of it is super cheap so you really have to hunt around. They have tons of cool shoes and even some roller skates. I've seen plenty of demonias, dolls kill and even some vintage or handmade pieces in the store. A big assortment of different things definitely recommend checking out for shopping. I haven't sold clothing here yet so I'll probably update my review then.
