The staff is amazing and working extremely hard despite the obvious fact they are incredibly understaffed.

My son and I went today, Sunday, Sept. 11th, for the first NFL Sunday. We had a great experience! Our server was busy but very attentive. The food came out in a timely manner, but most importantly we had a great time!

Terrible Service! We sat down (2 people) and not one server came to our table to take drinks or our order. We left after 45 minutes of waiting. Business was not busy mostly empty.

Two stars is a gift. This restaurant is barely a two-star experience. They just couldn't get anything right. The restaurant was only about one quarter full. All of the food came out cold. It was obvious the food had been sitting on the counter back in the kitchen for some time.

On top of that, each dish came out one at a time separated by as many as 10 minutes. The kids meal for the 8-year-old came out first. So she was finished by the time even the next meal hit the table. Then it was one meal at a time over the course of the next 20 minutes. And all were cold.

I asked for an order of fries to replace all of the cold mushy fries. The server showed up seconds later with an order of warm fries, but they charged me for that order.

As I said at the beginning, two stars is a gift. The dining experience was one star. Being able to get together with family for the first time in a while earned them a second star.

Worst Buffalo wings in the Bay Area. Food cold then they brought back cold food twice. They also brought every meal out 10 minutes apart. Horrible service stay away

Worst waitress ever. Rude, only stopped by our table when we called her, then over charged on happy hour drinks

+20min wait time at 8: 30PM when there were plenty of open tables, +30min to get a appetizer and the wrong beer. +20min to get a mountain of microwaved wings that were luke warm. We were at Buffalo wild wings for over and an hour and a half. If this place was to close down in the next couple months nobody would miss it. Don’t eat here.

We have been to this location a few times and service is always slow, but not as bad as it was last night. We waited 30 minutes for fried pickles and pretzel bites. Finally were able to get our order in: wings (traditional and boneless) and fries. When our waitress took our order she said she was going on a 30 minute break and that the other waitress would be helping us (didn’t specify who). Well after waiting another 30-45 minutes for wings (mind you there were only 5 other tables in the restaurant and 2 people at the bar), I had to flag someone down to check on our order. Not surprised, our food came out RIGHT after and we could clearly tell it had been ready for awhile… sauce soaked into breading on wings, stale fries. Not to mention, we were missing half our wing order which took another 10-15 minutes to get.

When we got our food, we had asked for another round of beers. I could see the bartender just standing around for about 15-20 minutes…I had to flag someone down yet again to check on the beers and I ended up just canceling mine because it was taking way too long.

The entire meal, I watched the staff. At one point, there were four of them huddled in a corner just chatting. At another point, zero wait staff were seen in the restaurant…eventually 6+ waitresses ALL walked out from the back together and, again, just stood in the corner and chatted.

Our waitress finally came back from her break and didn’t even check on us ONCE. I ended up going up to the bar and asking for our check and, when asking for a paper check (because we had to split it and didn’t want to wait another hour to have them split it), I was greeted with hostility. Was told since I didn’t want a paper check I had to go to their pickup order section with a manager. I ended up telling her how terrible our experience was. She seemed to know it was an issue and I felt as though she just brushed it off, comped us $15 on a $100 tab. There are so many reviews of this location with the same stories so clearly nothings changing.

This was literally one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. When you come to Buffalo Wild Wings, you usually expect quick service (especially when not busy). We were there for 2+ hours.

We stopped here for a quick meal while charging our car on way to SoCal. We ordered Caesar salad with grilled chicken, smoked brisket sandwich and chicken wings. We waited 50 minutes for food. My Caesar salad came with some kind of canned chicken, not grilled as it is described on the menu. My husband ended up returning his smoked brisket sandwich cause beef was deep fried and inedible. Chicken wings was too salty and dry. It’s too bad that our first experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was so bad. Our server was very friendly and handled us well.

I stopped here on a road trip. Just came in for a "quick bite". 1 star is overselling this place.

First thing wrong, there was no staff anywhere.

A few patrons sitting around, no one getting served, no host, staff nowhere to be seen. Eventually, after waiting 10 minutes to see anyone, my girlfriend and I walked to the bathroom then saw a bartender.

After getting his attention, he sent us to wait in a literal dark corner for 15 minutes. Eventually some waitress approached us (by taking out her gum with her fingers and throwing it a trash can) and took our order - "20 minutes".

We waited 30 minutes then tried to get ANY staff members attention - but they were too busy chatting with themselves to do anything else.

1 HOUR later, we finally were able to ask for an update - "working on it". We politely asked for a refund - we'd rather just drive the remainder of our trip hungry than wait longer.

The manager came out after a few minutes and nonchalantly asked "what's up". We calmly stated we had been waiting for over an hour for a simple 6-piece chicken wings and chicken wrap and that we would like a refund.

She didn't apologize. She simply took our receipt and took some notes. Then she came back and said it would take 5-7 days to process. We asked for a receipt confirming the voided transaction. She said she would do it tomorrow. I'm not a lawyer, but that sounds illegal. But whatever. We asked for our original receipt back. Nope, can't have that because she needs it to process. Also pretty sure that's illegal.

Whatever, too exhausted to deal with any of this. Definitely reporting this to any relevant authorities and possibly consulting my lawyer if there's any issues with this refund (have a feeling there will be).

Absolutely terrible service. We tried to order take out and it took them 10 minutes for anyone to even address us and after finally ordering they said it would take them 20 minutes to finish the order. After waiting 20 minutes we asked about the order and they said it’s coming. 40 minutes later there was still no order and every server seemed to try to be avoiding us. After 50 minutes passed we asked for a refund and they didn’t even acknowledge that it took a long time. They just processed it and that’s it. Horrible horrible service. Will not be returning to Buffalo Wild Wings.

Stay away at all cost. Service is slow compared to any other BWW I've visited (hardly any customers present at the time) and the food was a complete mess. Does the cook hate his job? Waiter didn't check in with our table to see if we needed something and facial expression simply said, "I hate this job. " Going down the street to Applebee's next time.

Worse customer services waiter asked us if we wanted something to drink. We order beers. 15 minutes later they showed up with our beers I was like wow. All these employees just talk to each other laughing and having a good time not even attending to other customers. Then we order our food and another 30 minutes later shows up and chicken wings were dry and hard french fries were stale. Never coming back.
