Very decent burgers and wing apps. I was once at a different location of the same franchise and the manager woman came up to my bro and I as we were eating and said, "did you know our burgers are gluten free" I said, "I was unaware burgers contained gluten" she said, "they don't but a lot of restaurants use bread crumbs as a filler, we don't" I then asked, "is the bun gluten free" she replied "no" I began laughing and said "so my burger isn't gluten free " she left after

This location seems to get worse each time we visit. 50 minutes to get nachos and a chicken sandwich. The staff and manager were indifferent to the wait and quality of the food.

I hate giving bad reviews but our lunch experience was horrible. There were like 20 people in the restaurant when we arrived. There were booths dirty and food on the floor. No one cleaned it the whole time we were there. We ordered the Ultimate Nachos which came wrong. I asked for the Jalapeños on the side and explained my son has a very sensitive stomach and can get ill. When the waiter brought it and left. After we noticed, we waited for him to come back but he didn't come back until 35 minutes later just to say our food was coming. At that time, my kids were starving so I had picked all the jalapeños off and gave my son the chips from the bottom. We had to wait another 20 minutes which brings a total if 55 minutes to get our lunch. How can food take this long with an empty restaurant? From the time we ordered, to finally getting the check.we were there for almost 2 HOURS! I really do not understand.

Slowest service ever. All staff disappeared in the back for 5 mins shortly after we entered. Went to the bar to get drinks- no server. There was no worker anywhere on the floor for at least 10 mins. Feels unsafe. Other customers filled their own drinks at the drink station. After about 15 mins, we were seated. No server talked to us for 15 mins after we were seated. One server on the floor- horrible. This is the 2nd time we've tried here.

If your staff can't be bothered to seat your guest that are waiting, you might as well close! I wasted 20 minutes of my lunch break waiting to be seated here, nobody ever came, so i left to epic wings instead! 2 other parties left too, same reason.

Just finished dinner here with my family and the service was HORRIBLE. We waited almost 50 mins for our food. We were handed the happy hour menu and ordered off the menu thinking we would be able to get the happy hour prices. Our server even told us that we would be getting the happy hour drinks as well. We hurried to order before it was supposed to end at 6pm. We were then told at the end that it’s only Monday-Friday… why hand us the happy hour menu then. We also waited 20 minutes for our beverages which I then headed to the bar and went to grab our drinks that have been just SITTING there. The bartender told me “you can’t take those” and I said “I’ve been waiting” and then they ended up bringing up our drinks… my husband got his food and it was wrong and they remade it and brought it wrong again. He then had to wait another 10 mins for his food. I would not recommend this place. Service was horrible and talking to the manager was pointless. I will not be coming back here again.

It's a little misleading, the website says they are open until 12am. But really the inside restaurant closes at 11pm (because the kitchen takes 2 hours to clean, so they only do take out) but doesn't make sense to me you can't sit inside. And then after they told me the take out is open till 12 am they changed their mind and said take out is until 11: 20pm? ! Why DONT YOU JUST CHANGE YOUR WEBSITE TO REFLECT THE REAL TIME YOU CLOSE YOUR KITCHEN.it's mis misleading & false advertising!

Also we didn't really care to hear about the waiter (who likes taylor swift) that said "she couldnt wait to go to bed" and also she told us how she was late to work, then kept saying sorry because she was tired.
This was not professional and if your employees are tired and management wants to shut kitchen down hour early at 11pm for inside ordering then up date the hours. My group of friends would love to come here on Wednesdays nights but probably won't because sometimes we can't get there till after 11 and it's just a very uncomfortable environment. Maybe hire people who WANT TO BE AT WORK AND KEEP PERSONAL THOUGHTS TO THEMSELFS.honestly I was going to leave the last part out, (I use to be a server) but this can be a learning experience.
And you should update your hours on the building and website to say "dining room hours " & "take out"

The manager did not honor the birthday promo and chose to decline our request. I did not think they can just choose to not follow the offers.

Service was not that great. The wings were not that good, and some other buffalo wild wings have closed their doors permanently, telling me a lot about their business.

We love the wings and sauces! Take out has ranged from underwhelming to perfection. We've Dined in twice now but each time we felt forgotten, overlooked and things moved slow, yet felt incredibly rushed. At the bar and at the tables. Although it was a busy day, it took 40+min to receive 20pcs and the larger group who sat down after us received their order first. Our waiter hadn't approached us again to check in or let us know that things will take their time. They were kind about it once we addressed and I'm sure they got plenty on their hands but we'll not dine in again.

Don't know how the food was. We were told it's open seating and waited half an hour before leaving and going to the location in Oceanside

I am very disappointed at how this location has gotten worse. The wait time has always been bad. The quality of food has taken a bad turn and I can no longer deal with such a long wait time to be ignored by the staff just to get a burger that was cold. Never again

Went for lunch. Waited for 5 minutes for a hostess then we’re told it would be 25-30 minute wait when more than half the restaurant was empty. The hostess said they had one waitress working. They have been understaffed for months. Clearly there’s an issue that needs to get resolved behind the scenes.

This location is so bad I had to call them while I was already on the store. Terrible customer service and degenerate atmosphere.

Worst service ever. Food was cold and not good. Even after letting the staff know, they didn’t do anything about it. I would pass on this location.

Despicable location! Beyond abysmal service! This place was by far one of the worst dining and life experiences I’ve ever had! Beyond disappointed at what Buffalo Wild Wings has become. I guess all that money goes into Super Bowl commercials and not the food or the staff. Wingstop is better and they suck ….
