Buffalo Wild Wings, Fresno CA

We got there around 11: 40. We waited like thirty minutes to get seated, even though there was plenty of tables open, by the bar. The food was ready by 12: 40 and manager was already telling us and two other groups of people that we needed to “wrap it up”. They even brought us boxes so we could start putting our food away. Manager was overall super rude. It’s a restaurant and they shouldn’t be kicking people out.

Took my family here to eat and was told only the bar area is open and that the dining area was closed and it was barely 845pm. Why would I sit my kids at the bar area to eat. I would not recommend this place as if it were a bar only place for adults. I will never come back to this place ever and for the dining area to be closed was stupid.

Not great service and food was cold. Made us wait for our check and didn’t accommodate us.

Worse BWW ever. Theres about 2 girls that work here that actually do their job the rest can't even remember their tables.

This place does not care about there customers the food is cold and customer service sucks.

Our first round of boneless wings were cold. Other than that I enjoyed being able to eat at the bar and the draft beer options they have. Delicious food.

The food wasn't like the other times I visited. Service is very slow and the worst part. Not sure if their AC was going out? But it was very hot in the restaurant. Even with those blinds that aren't blackout curtains. Coworkers looked like red lobsters after 20 minutes. Any restaurant in Fresno that doesn't have good AC, needs to shut down in the summer months.

I had a nice time and was so hungry I forgot to take pics of my food. Oops.
I loved the beer battered onion rings.my daughter loved the potato wedges.my sin had a brisket hamburger he thought the world of.
Good food at great prices.the sports theme is cool and it even had my central grizzlies high-school on the wall from way back which was pretty cool.

Omg, take your time choosing flavors, so good, wings wings wings, have fun going thru all the flavors. Great service, lots of screens for viewing.

I love the food, but the music was so loud that you had to raise your voice to have a conversation with friends.

Thursdays are packed and crazy but our server Nalita was amazing, attentive, and overall great individual.

Give her a raise!

The food was ok. It was a bit dry and too expensive for so little food. The service was awful. The waitress was always nowhere to be found and would not really speak when she was around. The atmosphere was so grim. Almost as if someone died.

I don’t want their reviews to go down that much because I know it not the restaurant has no control over the pricing but corporate is being so greedy. To charge an extra $1 for takeout? Really? For 6 wings it cost me $14. I remember 5 years ago it was $5.

Worst experience ever! I haven't ate at BWW in about a year and was really craving it. As soon as my wife and I walked in. We waited for a few mins and the host told us we can pick a seat anywhere. If we sat on the booth it might be a wait. That's not even the problem. As soon as we sat down the server girl who approach us didn't even greet us. She just had a blank stared and was waiting. I still didn't let that bother me but we had ordered some wings and appetizer. We got the wings before the appetizer which I thought was odd thinking what if she forgot to put the order in but we waited. At this point I was done eating the wings and wave down the server asking if the pretzel was still coming out. She went to check and came back to tell us they were out. How was it out of stock if you put the order in? Wouldn't you have known to begin with when you got the wings? Either their wasn't communication between the cooks or she never put it in. As i got ready to pay I was waiting for my change. Which was only about 30 cent but she told me "your good to go" I didn't want to make it a big deal but what the heck is wrong with this place? Wings was dry barely any sauce and server was bad. On top of that I seen the bartender taking another order for a gentlemen and she just seem unpatient at one point she pull out her phone. NEVER COMING BACK!

Service was good but the food really sucks atleast for chicken wings they come out so dry and there is no reminisce of flavor of the supposed Buffalo sauce

I'd like to start with my family and I eat at this location all the time, it's literally right down the street, we've never had a bad experience before today. My husband received his food 10 minutes before me and my son. While we were waiting the waitress came over to apologize and I told her if it was going to be much longer she could cancel the order because my husband won't eat his food til ours comes out and I wasn't going to pay for a soggy hamburger. She explained to me it was the restaurants policy to bring food out as it was made. As soon as she walked away though she brought the rest of the plates, none of our food was even remotely warm, like it had been sitting there the whole 10 mins my husband had already had his food. We dealt with the cold food but the fries were not edible they weren't just cold they were stale and hard and we asked for another order. Our waitress never apologized or ever came back to check in. If it's a restaurants policy to bring food out as it's made then how come no one's food was close to being warm? We received our check by another waiter who stood there and asked us if we were paying with cash or card and then waited for my husband to look at the bill and pull his card out of his wallet. All around they must have been the B team because even the manager I talked to when I called to complain told me he was confused as to why I was complaing and then asked me what If I wanted something from this phone call or if i just wanted to complain. I'll drive across town to eat at a different location for now on. Poor service!
