Bad service bad food! Bad investment
No specials on food like other buffalos seating takes about hours on a Monday with empty place overall do not recommend this place will not be returning I recommend everyone to not come here. Go to Burbank or something ales

The worst experience in this place waiting for a table for more than 1 hour with the tables empty

I went to 15301 ventura blvd P16 Sherman oaks location yesterday and stood at the entrance for about 20 minutes after a line started to pile up the people behind us went up to one of the employees which I am guessing was the managers because he was infront of the computer the whole time and asked to be seated and he informed us that someone will be right with us to seat us but we waited another 20 minutes and nobody sat us. Eventually, we decided to just seat ourselves including everyone else behind us we grabbed the menu from the hostess stand. But after we sat down, the servers wouldn't come to our table or anyone else's table who had seated themselves. They would walk past us, look us in the eyes, and ignore us, even when we asked for help. The guy that we asked to seat us earlier was standing with customers at the table infront of us talking about sports so we tried to raise our hand and asked to be served he looked us in the eyes and ignored. After another 30 minutes of trying to get their attention and being ignored, we went up to the takeout window and asked if the girl there could get a server to come to our table. But she continued to be disrespectful and used profanities in front of my underage children. This is ridiculous. I understand that restaurants can get understaffed and busy, but ignoring and using profanities is not good customer service. I will let all my friends and family know to never go to this location it's shame because I have been a good customer for 10+ years.

Service sucked absolutely sucked waited for 30+ minutes yesterday and nobody sat us so I had no choice but to leave. Do not go if you don't want to waste your time.

The food was good, but pricey. The service was not the greatest but it was super busy so that could be why the wait was long.

It's a nice go-to spot to eat and watch some sports and highlights before going to the movies. I like getting the traditional wings, and you can't go wrong with Asian Zing Sauce. I did have a couple of the wings that were super small and a bit dry, but overall tasty. I love the fried pickles, but the huge portion can be filling.

Apparently all buffalo wild wings are not created equally. We waited 30 minutes to be seated, only to find out the happy hour food menu was so limiting. They didn't even have French fries!

The food was fine. Happy hour was affordable and the drinks were stiff. The services was mediocre and the place was rather messy.

The food is good just the service is real bad. Been here several times and it never changes. Took forever to get seated and it wasn't even packed. The workers are sitting down playing games in the tv instead of helping

Music was loud. Food was out quick and was good. Pineapple mojitos are BOMB. Waitress Ight

Had BWW for the first time in almost a decade this past Sunday (7/2).
Did a quick stop with my brother before a movie.
Lauren was great, very quick and attentive.
My brother doesn't drink but Lauren had a perfect recommendation for spirit-free drinks outside the usual sodas.

I got the Thai curry and desert heat.
The wings were cooked and sauced to near perfection.
We will be back soon for the Blazin' wings.

Terrible service I made an order for a 15/15 bundle and the order was incomplete when I arrived at my house it was my surprise that I didn’t find my fries or my carrots if I had zero stars I would give them to you because it was a bad experience

App doesn't allow you to order food. When you call in it hangs up on you. There's no way to order if you're not actually at the location. One star.

Delivers what you’d expect from a Buffalo Wild Wings. The quality isn’t great, the drinks, aside from the beer, are sugary and taste watered down, but the staff are friendly and they’ve always got plenty of sports on.

I still am shocked that you can charge so much for wings with sauce that comes from a bag, but times are changing! And gone are the days of cheap wings.

Waited for 45 minutes to an hour for food to arrive. The fries were cold and stale. The wings weren't even warm. We ordered boneless wings and those were the only hot ones. We didn't even want to finish our food after that. I do not recommend this place.

My wife and I came here to grab a bite around 3 pm. When we came in, there was no one at the counter/register. We stood around for a couple minutes waiting for someone to greet and seat us.

I finally decided to walk up to the bar and ask if anyone was working to front. The server said they would check and for us to wait up front. The hostess came out shortly after. We told her we would like to sit at a booth because we had our infant and our stroller. She told us we’d probably have to sit in the bar area, but she would ask. Moments later she returned informing us we were allowed to sit at a booth.

After we were sat, we were still never greeted nor ever met our server at our table. Finally after another 3-5 minutes silently waiting for some decent service, or even an Hello… we decided to just leave and eat at PF Changs next door.

We were in this establishment for no less than 10 minutes, had to look to be sat, and never received service. Terrible experience. And as an old server/ bartender I’m pretty patient. But this was just sad. I live in Pasadena so we most likely will never return here. Hope your service Improves though. Blessings.

Food was good. One of the more tasty of all bar faire. Always order pretzel bites, wings and blonde.
This time, I had time to kill, I also had a cheese burger and tater tots with two Bloody Marys.
Spent about 4 hours there.baseball, basketball, tennis and soccer, simultaneously.
Overall, a worthwhile stop.
Only drawback, every location, guys outnumber women by 5 to one.
NEED promotions that draw the ladies!

This place is always short staff Buffalo Wild Wings is good but the Sherman oaks location is always a terrible experience

The food was good the atmosphere was good I just felt the waiter was trying to push us out Because the shift was over.
