Buffalo Wild Wings, Seaside CA

Has a strong sports atmosphere, with good food. Don't get the spicy garlic wings or lemon zest wings. Had a chicken burger which was very good. Server was nice, but over all service left a little to be desired, just a little. Over all recommend for sports parties and friends.

Single person. 35 empty seats. Waited 30 minutes. Never welcomed in, never seated - not were any of the other dozen people waiting.

The staff is disinterested, incompetent and unmanaged. There are no excuses for the above to occur - none.

Service it’s horrible it takes 1 hr to get a drink and you can’t even get water with your food order it’s ridiculous. The manager it’s even worse since we call and he it’s part of the problem we have call him to help and he created a big problem.
The waiter’s take their sweet time since they been busy playing with their boyfriends at the tables.
Management can check the cameras to confirm this issues I have spend about $300 plus another $200 on this that’s been fill on a claim atm.
I don’t know where all this be 5starts came from since it’s been the third time I been here and the service only gets worse. I’m a Buffalo Wild Wings customer all over USA not only at this location in Monterrey bay ca. But this is far the worse location of all Buffalo Wild Wings.

Service was good borderingon great, however my server Kishore was great and needs a raise, the service would have gotten a 5th star, but Kishore was the only server on the floor and to attend to others.

I was told it would be a 5 to 10 minute wait but when I looked in the restaurant it's not busy at all. I would understand if it's busy but if they are short staff then they need to do better by picking who the hire.

Wasn't crazy about the food, but the kids seemed to like it. Our server wasn't very good either

I ordered take out. I was about twenty minutes late picking it up due to traffic, but my order was still hot and not soggy. I was greeted shortly after entering the building with a fast and friendly cashier. Parking was a little difficult but it was lunch hour so to be expected. Overall, really pleased with the experience. We order both chicken and cauliflower "wings", and cheese curds, all were excellent.

Very lovely dining experience with great, fresh food. Had 55 wings, 2 mac ‘n’ cheese’ and 2 mozzarella sticks. Was all out within 20 minutes and all tasted amazing. I don’t get the hate with this franchise after the 5 star rating I give it. Would recommend and certainly will be revisiting.

Friday right before 9: 00pm. We meet the guy up front. Need table for 3. A high top preferred.
Host-Guy: it will be 5min.
Then we wait for 20min. 2 other groups (5) and (3) come in after us and are immediately seated?
I asked the other host, girl up front for our seats why the delay.
Host-Girl: with an attitude. We are cleaning them up. I asked if no high tops are available, she says no. I ignore her response and wait again.
I ask the guy again he starts going to look for our order and not even hear me out.had to stop him from walking away and remind him why we were waiting.
Host-Guy: so sorry it's my first day in training.
9: 35pm I get my first drink.
Not sure what kind of training this location is running. And attitude of people receiving customers up front aka Host-Girl at that time.leaves a bad taste!

Nobody here and waited for my food for an hour.needs a help here.food was cold to.no sauce on the wings.

Wings were pretty good as you'd hope. The mac and cheese was overcooked but still tasty. Beers weren't full when they got to the table but they tasted fine. We also didn't get the carrots/celery we ordered with our wings.

The kitchen Staff made the wrong order and I had to wait extra long for my food. Not cool!

Slow service, rude servers behind the bar, dingy tables, SLOWER THAN A TURTLE ON A HOT SUMMER DAY to get a drink at 30 min wait time when it's not even busy.

Average food but overall terrible service. The place is literally empty and you wait 15 mins for a table, then 10-15 mins before a server comes, then forever for the food. Horribly mismanaged. Understaffed. No sense of customer service.

I had the worst experience in the late evening. The waiter sat us next to a group of ten people. Many of the guys were screaming so loud. I had my daughter right there she was frightened. I get it there was a game but they don’t need to be yelling all crazy. There was plenty of kids around they should respectfully know some kids are sensitive & probably be scared.

Super disappointed with what we ordered vs.what we got. We ordered takeout- simple chicken tenders and a Buffalo ranch wrap, both with chips and salsa. Both orders were missing salsa, there was no sauce on the wrap, which was very sloppy looking and no sauce for the tenders. For such a simple order we are very disappointed with lack of attention to something so easy to make. I wanted to contact Buffalo Wild Wings through their website contact form but since we ordered Uber Eats, it only looped us back to the Uber Eats app, which doesn’t resolve anything.

The restaurant itself is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious beers and dishes. However, it seems that there is a need for overall staff training.

1. While it may be understandable that cuisines can take some time to prepare, why should a customer have to wait for 10-15 minutes for their beer after placing an order?

2. Moreover, when we ordered a kids' meal, it came out after the adults had already finished their meals. Additionally, the portion size of the kids' menu is too small compared to other restaurants.

3. It is extremely difficult to get the attention of servers. They are not readily visible, and it is as though they are playing a game of "hide and seek. " When I needed an additional glass of beer, the server was missing for 20minutes.

4. Servers do not handle basic requests, such as removing or adding specific ingredients, properly. Additionally, when asked for forks for us, they brought an incorrect number, and when additional forks were requested, they took a long time to bring them. (10 minutes)

5. So, when I received the receipt, I doubted it, and my group began to weigh what we had eaten one by one.we were wondering if that server paid for our order. As expected, there was an minor error.

6. It is difficult to understand why they would allow guests to enter only when the entire party has arrived, given the slow service.

I absolutely love the food, beer, and atmosphere. However, I am disappointed with the overall service provided by the staff. I am wondering if they are understaffed?
